I really liked how personal the service was. They even helped me with a contact lens rebate.

I just wanted to make sure that this does not happen too other customers because my experience has…read morebeen a nightmare . I ordered a pair of Ray Ban Meta glasses on your website, and chose the ship to store option for faster shipping. The store I selected was the LensCrafters in Woodland Hills Mall, Tulsa , OK. I ordered them last Sunday, and on Friday the UPS tracking said delivered at the front desk and signed for by the assistant manager. I arrived that evening around 8 to try to retrieve them and the guy could not find them. He told me to check back the next day. I returned and checked the next day as instructed, and before I was even greeted or asked what I needed, an employee told me that I myself had already called that day and my order was not there. I informed her that I wasn't sure who she thought she was talking to, but I did not call up there or anything. They proceeded to look (minimally) for my order and told me matter of factly that "my order was lost and I needed to contact support." I contacted support that day via chat and informed them, and they told me that they also see where my glasses were delivered and signed for, and that I should check back Monday because it takes the store a while to unpack orders and scan them in the system. I awoke today to an email at 9:18 AM that my order was ready for pickup. I thought the nightmare was over, but it had just begun. I show up to store and the employee walks away from the desk after getting my name to try to find the order. The manager named April stood in the doorway of her office and talked to me from across the store and without even knowing any information told me they were not here. I told her I received an email today at 9:18 showing they were here and she still would not even go look. She was extremely rude, extremely unprofessional in handling this matter and extremely disrespectful to a customer simply seeking out my order. She essentially told me they were lost, and even went as far as telling me I needed to go check Sunglass Hut and the Oakley store (I didn't even order Oakley's) in the mall "in case they were delivered there." I would like to add, the three times I had to go to store to check for my order, there were a stack of UPS boxes on the back wall that remained untouched each time I went. My Meta AI glasses I ordered were non prescription, so it almost seems to me someone has stolen the glasses; because not sure how I get multiple notifications saying they are ready for pickup but out of nowhere they are lost and the manager herself is rude and dismissive and telling me to quite literally go check other businesses. She also tried to say there were "25 pairs of glasses lost in Broken Arrow" when there is not even a LC location in that city. Not that that issue would have anything to do with mine regardless. I also am without a car right now, so have spent close to 50-60 dollars just ubering to the location to collect glasses that aren't there. I contacted support today and they offered to replace the glasses, and I asked if they could be shipped faster to make up for lost time. She said it would be at a $18.99 cost to me. So now I'm waiting until December 8th for glasses I ordered over a week ago that should have taken two days. I am a service manager at a business myself, and never complain. But this store and the manager specifically are so unprofessional and excuse my language, but she's got me fucked up and it feels like an insult to my intelligence.

Not sure what's up with all of the bad reviews. I walked in, picked out the sunglasses I wanted and…read morepaid. Quoted 2 weeks since the frames had to be sent to Oakley but they were ready in a week and a half. Ask for April, she's really good at what she does.

I have seen this provider for 3 years. This last time he was much more arrogant talking about how…read moremuch money he has spent on his new machines. Turns out that he should have spent more time paying attention to my prescription. I got my new glasses with that script and it was really wrong! I had to get an new exam at another place and now I am getting new lenses with the correct script. I have diabetes so my blood sugar could play a little part but not that much.

Do not go here, save yourself and find a better doctor. Dr.Nick Miller was very rude,…read morecondescending, and treats patients and parents like they are dumb and beneath him. He basically told me to stop talking when all I was doing was trying to instruct my child during the eye exam because the DR was asking questions in a way a child doesn't understand and my child was confused. He also told my son we can sit there all day til he gets my son to do what he needs. I was shocked and wanted to leave immediately. I understand it might be frustrating when trying to instruct children and you don't get results immediately but you have to know how to talk to kids and word things in a way they understand. So if you are a woman or a mom thinking about bringing your child here...DO NOT DO IT unless you want to be spoken down to and have your child spoken to like they are dumb. My child was afraid and having a hard time with the eye pressure machine & he told my child he needs to get over it. What a great way to speak to children. I doubt he would speak to a woman like that if her husband was in the room. Worst experience I've ever dealt with when it comes to being treated by a Dr. My husband made an appointment in the waiting room for the following weekend, well after he heard how we were treated we cancelled. The office lady was also very rude to me and was irritated I didn't fill out the paper work beforehand on the email, but she has failed to realize there is no way to access any paperwork on the email they send out. Worst place. I wouldn't recommend it to any one young or old.

I was told over the phone twice that the price would be around $80, but instead was charged $95. Another thing I noticed was the wait time. I came an hour early to my appointment since I was driving straight from Norman to South Tulsa Optical and had everything filled and done, but I still ended up waiting 20 min past my appointment time when another lady, who came in the same time as me and was filling out papers too, was taken in by the doctor in less than 5 minutes just after turning in all her papers. Honestly the whole experience while in the office was not at all bad, but just the aftermath is what did it for me and straight up was a scam.

I'm in limbo about this place. I remember about 2 years ago I got karatitis from an excessively…read moredry environment for my contacts. When I entered, they quickly took care of it, diagnosed what type it was, gave me the necessary medications, and got my eye patch. The gentlemen that helped me was extremely professional and I felt he knew exactly what he was doing. My parents have also utilized this place before and were happy at that time. Then there was my recent eye exam for contact lenses. I find out that they have recently separated the medical issues/nonroutine eye exams from the routine exams. Nurses of course seemed to have great bedside manner. Their receptionists though are another story. But two crucial things made me question things a little bit. I also am a loyal client at New England Eye Commonwealth in Boston, MA, but figured since this place handled my emergency with karatitis fairly well, their eye exams are the same, during my visit to Tulsa, OK, why not take of this here? Once my exam was done, it was time to try the new lenses. I look down...its the exact same lenses that I use to wear despite my numbers changing. I find out the doctor forgot to put the new numbers in my record, mind you my record was being typed up on the computer as we were doing the exam. Whatever, I can live with that mistakes happen. But I've NEVER in my 6+ years wearing lenses and getting my new lenses (usually with a number correction) had a dilation done, and then lenses put in right afterwards. Usually its 1. Find out new numbers. 2. Wear new lenses to confirm. 3. Take out lenses, then do dilation. And usually thats because your eyes are not in the best mode to be judging how the new lenses allow you to see. I later find out from my uncle the poor experience he had their just picking up a prescription for my mom's lenses. Apparently my mom called in for a prescription for contact lenses. She then asked if my uncle could pick it up, and they said yes. Uncle goes in, not only wasn't it ready but apparently he got a big attitude from the receptionist about their policy on sharing records, and almost didn't print it for him. AND when she did print it, it was a completely different person's. Well so much for enforcing your own privacy of records policy. I will say this, their wait times are short, so I would still recommend this place. Just be alert and don't give them your complete trust.

For that appointment I showed early at presumably building A and gave them all my information. I was then redirected to building B where I had to again give them all of my information and have my picture taken. I then waited for over one hour in the building B lobby and was never called back. At that point I gave up and walked back to building A to talk with the office manager. The office manager wait added another ten or so minutes. Finally I was able to politely talk to the office manager. She mentioned that the previous office manager left last year. More importantly she said that they have had to reduce appointments by one half due to starting a new computer system from scratch. Dr. Langley proved to be a skilled surgeon for my cataracts. His office computer system, currently, is not ready for prime time. My only regret was I made a wrong choice by letting him to inject the recovery medicine into the first eye which caused a black wavy curtain to appear in that eye for some time. I should have selected drops for after the surgeries and did so for my second eye.
