The office managed to squeeze me in, even though it was the day before Thanksgiving. I saw Dr. Simpson, who diagnosed the problem; prescribed eye drops, explained exactly what they were for, and showed me how to administer them (I can't stand having things near my eyes); and told me to call her (on her days off) if the pain worsened. I could not have been happier with the care that I received. My eye continually improved, and it was back to normal within the time frame Dr. Simpson had given me. I wanted my time and gas because not only was I not told about a co-pay, but I didn't expect to pay $150. Most people would have like to know something like that before hand.
