The last said if the hinges weren't broken she could fix them. They were not. She took them apart then brought me two ear pieces from other regular glasses and said she could replace my Gucci ones with those. She said they cannot be fixed. That's not what she said first. Then she handed my glasses to me in pieces. I can't even wear them at all now. So don't buy Gucci frames and don't go to empire optical for repairs.
