Worst customer service ever if I could give this place a zero I would one person in there will tell you one thing and the other will tell you something totally different. I went to the 4002 S Yale location yesterday with my 86 year mom and 87 year old dad with dementia. I went in (left parents in car) and asked how long it would be to see us. I had the car so I could see them. One man was checking out a customer. There was one customer in line. In several minutes the customer waiting left. I asked if we were next in line. I was told yes. I said can I go get my mom and keep my place in line? He told me yes. When I got out the wheelchair, brought her in, the other lady working there was waiting on a lady, who apparently walked in while I was bringing in my mom. I said I thought you were holding my spot. He just shrugged. We waited about 10 min hoping the guy getting checked out would be done soon. So disrespectful. I had already picked out the glasses for mom before I went to get her. I put them on a shelf and left. What has happened to keeping your word? He knew I was bringing in my 86-year-old mom. Total disregard for us. Three weeks ago paid for a complete eye exam. Also paid for brand new frames and lenses three frames and three lenses and still no help from these people. They do not have any voicemail so don't bother calling them. Don't go there - find someplace else! Waited an hour to see someone. Called my name, then proceeded to help another customer while I'm standing there waiting. When she finally came to me and I explained that I wanted to put my new prescription in my existing Tom Ford frames (currently with old prescription lenses), was told they don't do that. They do not greet you when you come in or look at you, even act like you entered the building. When I called on the phone to inquire if my first pair was ready and the hours I could do so, the girl that answered as rude, didnt even say bye just hung up. Second phone call to inquire about the 2nd pair of glasses because I had not got a call about them, the girl answered nicely but left me on hold for over 10 minutes. Hung up, called back to a rude answer to hold again. Came back to tell me that my glasses came in last night and I can pick them up tomorrow evening ?? Very poor service, I DO NOT recommend. I went on my lunch break to buy some frames and I told Renee that I would pick them up when I got paid again in 2 weeks because I wanted my prescription in them. I returned on February 14th and she had closed early at 5:30 pm instead of 6pm. No recorded message stating she was closing early. I had driven from another part of town. I went back Saturday to pick up my frames and she said that her husband did something for her for Valentine's Day. I didn't comment because I was pissed because I had to drive from across town again, Bixby to be exact which interfered with my weekend plans. Renee asked me did she email me an invoice and I said no. Why wasn't it emailed? Why did she not have record of my visit, payment, and pick up date? She fumbled through papers and said she left my folder at home with my information that she wrote on it, including the pick up date FEBRUARY 14th. She said the amount was a little over $200 which wasn't what she quoted me when I originally came. If I wanted to use After Pay or any other form of payment that's what I would have done IF that's what I wanted. I knew my budget coming in and I got the balance before leaving which was $75 plus tax. I told Renee that's not what she quoted but I said don't even worry about it. She didn't even have it documented that I paid for the frames previously. She lost a potentially loyal person due to her unprofessionalism and poor customer service. My time and gas is just as important as the next person. Instead of asking people to post reviews to counter mine how about you figure out how to IMPROVE. 1. Leave a recorded message if you close early. 2. Get familiar with POS. It houses client info, payments made, AND you should be able to make a comment/note. 3. If the POS doesn't store that info, be better organized. I can only imagine how my personal info is being handled. My issues are with the optometrist affiliated next door.The Dr Ladet did a half-ass job on my original exam. When I went back I was told my glasses were made wrong and they were but the prescription was still wrong as well. When I went back a second time I learned that she had given me a prescription that was weaker then my old glasses (that were prescribed by this same location) I also paid for and was fitted in trial contacts. I tried to set an appointment to check them when I left but was told someone would reach out. I thought that seemed very odd and no one ever reached out. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. I came to get my brothers glasses repaired while he was in a rehab facility. I wasn't even sure what all I needed to do or what it would cost. The employee Mickey was delightful and very helpful. Glasses held hostage over $10. Spent $543 on new glasses here. The office forgot to charge me $10 for whatever reason. Called me Monday while I was working to ask for it and I couldn't talk. Called them back Friday to pay it only to find out that they still hadn't shipped my glasses out to me because I hadn't paid the $10 fee. Absolutely unbelievable. I used these people for about a decade, but finally got enough. The employees usually ignored me when I went in and didn't help when I asked for help with glasses that were small enough for my face. The actual glasses were always good and they always marked the bifocal in the right place, but the last time they gave me nonservice, I just left and went elsewhere. Ordered 6 month supply of contacts and when I came to pick it up, they informed me that they originally charged me the wrong amount so I can't get my 6 month supply. It was their mistake and they wouldn't give me my original order of contacts. So after spending over 200$ for 3 months of contacts I will not be returning to your store. Had much better experiences with previous encounters there. Essentially was just told "there's nothing we could do for it" when I brought in my damaged glasses. Granted, they were old, but staff didn't even attempt to help or look for frames that may have fit the lenses. read more

Called not one, but TWO of the local Eyemart Express stores in Tulsa; this being the first store, Admiral being the second. On both calls, I was given a price of $158, after giving them the ID # and price of the frames, as well as the exact strength of the written prescription and the extras for the lenses that my daughter needed and wanted. When we went to the first store, I was told that just ONE PAIR of glasses (not two) would be $270!!!! I told the manager I had called earlier, told him what time I called and with whom I spoke. I got "oh, I'm sorry, he must have misunderstood you." Really?? Because he repeated it back to me verbatim!! I left and went to the second store (on Admiral). I picked up the lenses and handed them, the prescription and the written list of everything my daughter needed and wanted in her lenses (which I read to them on the phone earlier), to the sales attendant/clerk. Price at this store?? $340!! What the hell!!! Again, I repeated to this manager what time I called his store and to whom I spoke. Response? He must not have heard something you asked for when he was adding it up. Again, really?? Because he repeated it back and I checked it off as he repeated it!! And why is it higher than the Yale store?? "Oh, they must have forgot to charge you for this feature [pointing to it on the list]. My gosh, I felt like I had been lied to and deceived by the ads, commercials, on the telephone AND in the store!! No credibility or accountability!! Before anyone asks...yes, my daughter wears single vision glasses and these outrageous prices we were given in both of these stores were for ONE pair of single vision glasses, NOT two pair! read more

Ah, Eyemart, you guys are awesome particularly Adam, the General manager was very accommodating. My fiancée and I went in to have our glasses repaired. However my lenses would not fit another frame he assured me they would fix the issue and are making me whole new lenses!! With no charge! He was very knowledgable and friendly. Also as busy as they were, with at least 15 customers their team did a wonderful job at getting everyone help, and processing transactions. Very clean place and a wonderful manager! Honestly i don't think this place was worth one star. The staff is rude. When i walked in i asked of they had time to see a family of four. I was met with an annoyed sigh and eyes being rolled. They bully you in to getting what they want you to get. I was getting contacts, when i was fitted with trials i told them i could see them and i couldn't see right. I was told i wasn't used to them so i tried to wear them and for 3 days my eyes hurt so bad and i had terrible headaches. That was AFTER i removed them. I felt like my son was discriminated against as soon as the doctor found out he had adhd. As soon as he found out he told my son to sit with his hands in his lap and then looked at me and said, "i know that's too hard for him." after that i was completely done. Also i have a medical condition that effects my eyes and the dr wanted to see me again to look at it. When i walked out of the exam room the dr was at the desk in the waiting area talking about it aloud. Isn't that a violation of the HIIPA privacy policy? They actually expected me to go back?! Nope. Now they won't give my girlfriend her contact prescription. She wants to get hers elsewhere. If they don't give it to her she'll have to pay for a new exam. I'm very angry at this place staff and dr. I can never get transitional lenses that work right because the of the way they are marked when being fitted. At Eyemart Express, the person listened to me and moved the "dot" on the lens up about 4cm and for the first time in 12 years, I have crystal clear vision for both near and far sight.
