Just be ready to drop some money for walking in, be bombarded with sales pitches and demonstrations for services and products that may be of quality, just not in the market for. Horrible. I am reviewing everywhere I can because a friend of mine asked me to. She is livid with the terrible service she received and the way I was treated as well. First of all, I came in with my mom and my friend to help my friend choose a pair of glasses. It seemed like a decent place and George seemed nice. However, Mary was rude right from the start. She literally accused me of flashing George because I reached down to fix my shoe. She came to me three times and humiliated me for no good reason telling me it was "rude and disrespectful" to do that in front of her husband. I literally bent over, wearing a scarf to fix my shoe and sat right back up and she came over THREE TIMES to accuse me of flirting with him. When confronted with the issue on another website, I was told, "Oh, she's not well. She has mental health issues." If that is true, she needs to be kept home. There are no valid excuses for her behavior. Then, when my friend came in to pick up her glasses, the lenses were wrong. She also mentioned to George the way Mary treated me, and he laughed about it and said, "Oh, I don't mind." And even though it was his fault for the lenses being wrong, he will not give my friend her $700 back. Sad for him, too. Because my mom and I were impressed with him at first and would have recommended him to a lot of family and friends. But, after this ordeal, he has not only lost a lot of potential business but a current customer as well. Bottom line: don't go to Precision Optical unless you want to be ripped off and harassed. read more

I ordered two pairs of glasses from Precision Optical this week. I was visiting Tulsa again from Northern Virginia. They have such a wide and phenomenal selection of vibrant and uniquely stylish glasses that I have never seen in the Washington DC area. Let me affirm, I will only buy glasses from Precision Optical and will wait till I come to Tulsa to do so. I bought a pair at Costco back home because I was desperate for a pair, and the fit was so loose that the glasses would fall off my face when I looked downward.
