They didn't believe me. They said they tested the laptop by playing music all day and it only happened once. They said my laptop is ready for repair but they didn't fix anything. It still had the same issue. I sent it in again. They said the same thing. The were "no issues" but whenever I play any audio it goes extremely quiet. They refuse to just open it up and replace the speaker. They are lazy, and wasted my time and money.
