They are inside the building with HQ on the side. My technician, Jeremy, was very polite and asked what my problem was. I explained my problem and what I though the solution might be, he listened to me and agreed that it was likely and told me he'd start there. I was told it would be $59 for a technician's time, which for Tulsa is VERY reasonable. I was told at the time there would be no additional charges, and that was correct. A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display.
