When I went in to pick up the order it wasn't exactly correct and rather than reprinting the entire order I just asked for 10% off for inconvenience I was told I couldn't get one because I was already given a discount because of the bulk discount I had already received. With that I said, please don't reprint, let's just hole punch or staple whichever is easiest for you, I was told hole punch would be easiest because they had a drill. OK let's do that, that was even ruined. This was a one time experience which I'm still not happy with however I would return. I would always recommend a sample print prior to a big print request.

They couldn't professionally print my name without recreating the badge. She got the logo, my name, and the QR code on the back perfect. She also used the logo to create my business cards. We had a misunderstanding about the business cards. I did not think I had actually placed the order, yet. I was going to give her more information. I probably wasn't clear. I went back to the UPS store to try and get a partial refund, but they said I would have to go thru USPS.
