And it was very reasonably priced. Today she was less than enthusiastic to help me. I needed an 8x10, she asked if I wanted to cut it or if she should. I asked what size it would be if she didn't cut and she said 8.5x11, I said it didn't matter either way. When I finally went to pay, she charged me around $3.50 to cut the paper. All of which took her 5 seconds on a cutting machine. She didn't tell me it would cost more for her to spend 5 extra seconds to cut it. I like supporting local but this was a frustrating experience.

Z Gallery went to extreme lengths to try to get them to deliver furniture I Purchased in January sooner than that but was unable to work with this company. The delivery guys showed up one hour late and were not nice about it, telling me that I didn't know what time the appointment was. Later I found on their paperwork that showed clearly that my appointment time was the time I had written down. When one piece of furniture was wobbly, they said my floors were uneven. They're not.. I sent the furniture back. They took extreme detail and care of my furniture, and were great about putting together a very complicated lamp. So my experience was slightly worse than OK. I could see that these guys would be great for handling furniture, but obviously had issues with national companies, and scheduling. I blame most of this on management, but two times the guys tried to bullshit me. Caveat emptor.

They couldn't professionally print my name without recreating the badge. She got the logo, my name, and the QR code on the back perfect. She also used the logo to create my business cards. We had a misunderstanding about the business cards. I did not think I had actually placed the order, yet. I was going to give her more information. I probably wasn't clear. I then got a coupon for $10 off of 30 at Staples and that was an excellent marketing idea because I definitely used it even though I wasn't really looking for anything.

I went into Office Depot at 15th and Lewis thinking I might buy a printer. I was none to clear on…read morewhat printer to buy so I walked up and down the printer isle still not clear on the variety of printers available. The office manager came up to me out of the blue and begin asking questions on what I needed the printer to do, what price range I was working at, and finally how often would I use the printer and in what location of the house. It finally clicked that I wanted an inexpensive printer that could survive in my basement area and that since I did not use it very frequently it would be better to buy a laser jet with dry ink that would be easier to maintain in my environment. Steve (the manager) suggested a brother printer that was both inexpensive for a LaserJet with great brand loyalty behind it. He volunteered that he also did not use a printer at home except for the tax season. Steve helped me bundle up the brother print for $120.00 (can you beat that). And helped me through checkout line and delivered the printer to my car outside. How cool is that. I offered a well deserved tip be he refused it saying that a review of his company and services would be reward enough. So here it is Steve.
