To get started, I needed my name printed on my badge. I could have just hand written my name on it, but I wanted it to look professional. They couldn't professionally print my name without recreating the badge. She got the logo, my name, and the QR code on the back perfect. She also used the logo to create my business cards. We had a misunderstanding about the business cards. I did not think I had actually placed the order, yet. I was going to give her more information. I probably wasn't clear. If you just have one thing to laminate, it still might be worth it not to have to drive to a large store. I like being able to take care shipping and business needs right in my own neighborhood. It's right next door to where we buy groceries. After getting something motorized, we bought groceries. In addition to mail boxes, shipping services, and notary, they have greeting cards, children's books and all kinds of cute things to look at while you're there. Good gift ideas. Z Gallery went to extreme lengths to try to get them to deliver furniture I Purchased in January sooner than that but was unable to work with this company. The delivery guys showed up one hour late and were not nice about it, telling me that I didn't know what time the appointment was. Later I found on their paperwork that showed clearly that my appointment time was the time I had written down. When one piece of furniture was wobbly, they said my floors were uneven. They're not.. I sent the furniture back. They took extreme detail and care of my furniture, and were great about putting together a very complicated lamp. So my experience was slightly worse than OK. I could see that these guys would be great for handling furniture, but obviously had issues with national companies, and scheduling. I blame most of this on management, but two times the guys tried to bullshit me. Caveat emptor.
