Bought several pieces there (desk, credenza, book case, chair) and haven't had any problems at all with any of them. Cheap filing cabinets (used) and a friendly staff. Worth a serious look. The girl there helped him out, and the paperwork come back to her computer as a success that it had been sent. Her name is Kimberly. We called the company we were faxing to, and they explained that if even a date is wrong we had to refax the paperwork. We found the date wrong, had to go back to office Depot, and this time the fax number was not taking the paperwork, taking the fax. Again, Kimberly went above and beyond doing everything she could to help us out. I can't write a better review for the help that she gave us today. It took maybe 45 minutes to finally get this fax to go through. She sent it through about five different times, and even managed to take care of other customers while taking care of us and was absolutely amazing. Keep up the good work, office depot! Your employees have shown that their customer service is priority!

My old laptop would not print my tax returns despit everything I tried. And I had been trying for…read moremonths. I needed the past five years' worth of State and Federal returns in fewer than five days. TurboTax was loaded on my hard drive. I could pull up the returns and look at them, but print a copy--no. I was stuck in an endless hell-loop and could not get out. I looked up Yelp's 2018 list of the Ten Best IT/Computer Repair businesses and Helsys Technologies had the highest rating. So I called. No one answered, so I started looking at the other businesses on the list. But three minutes later, my phone rang and it was Brandon from Helsys Technologies! He had called back using caller ID. I was thrilled that he could come out in just an hour or so. And did. He had the problem fixed in just a few minutes. And fixed another little security issue I'd been unaware of. Incredible! From now on, I will call Helsys Technologies first thing. No more losing time, nerves, and peace of mind doing things on my own! And the cost was extremely modest. What could be better?!
