I went back to the UPS store to try and get a partial refund, but they said I would have to go thru USPS. I went to the USPS branch and they said that UPS should not be selling the 1-day USPS Priority Express option, USPS could not do anything because I did not pay them. They saw we already had a label and stated we could just place the box on the ground but I said that I needed a receipt so I can send it to the sender and they said they don't do that, no problem but then they said that I could just take a picture of it on the ground but we insisted on taking it to an official FedEx location so we can get a receipt and the guy just went off saying "whatever floats your boat. Whatever makes you happy." It was a rude response since we needed a receipt and no one there seems like they want to help. I would advise to just go to a FedEx location instead of this one.
