They have these scanning machines in the front that are always off-line so then you have to wait in line. Nearly everybody waiting in line is there to return stuff from Amazon. So they treat everybody there like they're there to make a return. But that's never the nature of my business. I don't typically buy things from Amazon. I'm usually there to pay to ship something. There's one guy there that is always rude. They can never find my shipping account and they have to start a new one for me. I worry that I have so many UPS accounts open. Pros: when the machines in the front are down, they usually have an employee posted in front. This employee explains to people That The machines are down and what they can do about it.

Cons: not as easily accessible as other shipping places. First, I hate coming here because it is such a far walk from the parking lot to where the actual store is. Second, On more than one occasion I have had to help someone carrying in many boxes. I think the first door you encounter is a sliding glass door, but then the second or you encounter is one the pulls open. It's a difficult to manage door if your arms are full of boxes.
