Nice little showroom with accessories for car or truck. Had a scratch on my car and wanted to see what it might cost to fix it. A friend of mine recommended Eric Toigo. Eric came out and looked at the vehicle and said should be a quick fix and wouldn't take much time at all but wanted to get a closer look in the shop. After about 20 minutes he came out and suggested some other options for the fender as the scratch was a little bit deeper than what i thought. I went ahead and did what he had suggested. And also needed a couple hundred brochures as well. They told me they would give me a couple of quotes on them and 2 different syles. (Emailed). I waited for 3 weeks and finally called them and the guy said he wasn't the one that took the order but he would email me and to make sure that that I was checking my spam folder. (I had been already) amd I asked to make sure who it was coming from. It's now been another month and still nothing. Does anyone know of a good print shop that will actually do what they say and not just blow you off? I felt like they were blowing me off and didn't even listen or take me seriously. I also made sure once again they had my email correct. They were so pushy like... yeah yeah yeah.. ok.ok. ... uhmm? I have wasted so much time now that I really didn't have because I took them at their word. Good luck dealing with them.

However, I had an unfortunate interaction with an employee who just had an off day. When I received an email asking about my experience I shared in a kind manner. The owner responded with unkind emails of what I could've done differently when all I did was share my experience. He provided a refund I never requested, which was nice, but doesn't cover the cost of having insulted me.

We're always able to find something we've been searching for or something we didn't know we needed. On our last visit, I was able to find several used books at $1 each to add to the little library near our Airbnb (in addition to 2 books my son has wanted and 2 finds for myself). The staff have always been kind, helpful, and friendly. We don't always see the dogs, but I'm not worried about that, they just add more character to the space. If you like books, this is a place to pop by.

A great staff immediately had my order ready and I was off to the airport to fly to Texas - prints in hand. As it turned out I needed a modification which resulted in a return trip back to Rocket Color. A miscommunication on our companies end resulted in waiting for the blueprints to be printed. Melody Tate (President) was kind enough to assist and she had those printed in no time and I was on my way. Taking into consideration this was one of their busiest times of the year right before Christmas I was happy that they could accommodate me on such notice.
