i went to the tag agency a few weeks ago to request a new driver license after i'd lost the previous license, which surprisingly still has not surfaced. i'd entered at around 2pm, and was told the next available appointment was at 4pm, if i've remembered correct, so i'd gone to lunch before the appointment, and returned about thirty minutes prior. luckily, the worker in the office at the back of the business, in charge of driver licenses, called me about 15 minutes before the tentative appointment time. she also gathered the information and took the picture efficiently, with a friendly demeanor. though i'd not asked her name, she was wearing a stylish black eskimo joe sweater with purple and teal print, and explained to me that the sweater is given to workers at the tag agency when i'd asked if she has been to the now closed eskimo joe offshoot italian restaurant, joeseppi. no pun intended with offshoot pun and osu stillwater mascot. then, while i'm not certain that the worker gave me an expected time of arrival for the driver license, she did notify me that the license would arrive via mail, rather than the expectation with which i'd entered the tag agency of receiving the license there on the same day. that said, the license arrived the most recent saturday, and while the arrival was a little later than i'd expected, the difference between expectation and result was rather harmless. service requested - new driver license, not yet expired quality - service and license quality were excellent value - $25 and tax was relatively reasonable, though prorated price depending on date of expiration for license not expired seems appropriate, though it may have been already read more

Everyone always likes to poke fun at how slow and whatnot tag agencies are, but my last two visits here have honestly been really smooth! The workers were not sloth-like like they are sometimes portrayed. They were actually very quick and friendly. In fact, the lady was trying to be so quick at one point that she was talking to two customers at once and it kind of got confusing. I think she was just trying to work extra hard to get rid of the slow stereotype. She had a smile on her face at all times. It seemed like she enjoyed helping the people that came through. The last few times I've had to stop by, I don't think I spent more than 5 minutes inside. I really enjoy this tag agency. Great location and in general they are pretty quick. They will help you renew or get a new tag, renew drivers license and even purchase a pike pass. The inside needs a little updating/ cleaning, but it is not too terrible. I usually am able to contact someone when I call, which is always a plus for me because I ALWAYS have questions. ;-) read more

I've used the agency before and the staff was friendly and upbeat. Yesterday must not have been a good day for this worker. She seemed unhappy I needed plates for a car I brought from Florida after moving to Broken Arrow. I went in prior to find out what I needed to bring. I brought this and more. I told her I didn't drive this vehicle because the Florida cat's tags had expired last Friday. At the end she said "we need to go physically check the VIN & mileage." I have gone to this agency twice and both times the staff was very rude to me. They do not have good customer service.

I came here for a copy of my motor vehicle report, paid cash, and the lady told me it would be mailed to me. Weeks later I came in to ask why I had not yet received it and she told me they don't mail those, they print them out and give them immediately. She told me that she had never told me it would be mailed, when it was, in fact, her that told me that. I remember it so clearly because I thought it was weird that they would mail it. When I asked if I could get another copy she said I would have to pay again. I'm so frustrated that after waiting weeks for something that should have taken less than a minute I still don't have the thing I paid for. I usually go to Garnett Tag Agency and will never go anywhere but there ever again. The service is much better, faster, and friendlier there. Central Tag Agency let me way down. read more

Do not go here. Rudest lady at the front. The last two times I've gone to get new tags they say I don't have insurance even though I pay it six months in advance. The last time they typed it in wrong. Prior to the last two times I have gotten new tags at central tag, no other tag agency ever had an issue verifying my car insurance. This is the most organized, friendly, and helpful tag agency I have ever been to. Tag issues are dealt with at the desk to the left of when you walk in, drivers licenses and Pikepass issues to the right (they both have their own windows). It was easy to get in and out quickly and the staff was very professional. The waiting room was also very comfortable and nice- chairs for everyone! News flash! Not all vin numbers are in the window, some are in the door jam and thats perfectly normal. If you have an older vehicle, don't go here. Even after they wouldn't do my vin inspection they wouldn't give me back my title. Guess what, I didn't have to go to Okc. I went to a better tag agency. read more
