Disappointing Experience -- Go Elsewhere Went in with 45 minutes until closing. One customer ahead of me renewing their driver's license, and at least three employees visible. I explained I was there for a DL renewal and was immediately told I needed an appointment. Seriously? With multiple employees and only one customer being helped, they still claimed they were "full." Years ago, this location used to be great--efficient and helpful. But recently, I've heard nothing but negative feedback, and now I understand why. Unfriendly policies, poor customer service, and no flexibility. Do yourself a favor: go elsewhere. Don't waste your time or give them your business. read more

If you need anything related to drivers license or car registration this is the place to go. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We are new to the state and they got us through the process all in a less then 45 minutes. 2 new drivers licenses and two car registrations. Almost disappointed I do not have to stop by for 2 years. I have called and called and called and finally someone answered after about the 12th call three hours later. Would not recommend this place, yes they're friendly but they make errors and expect you to pay for their mistakes. They lost my title to my car and note I have to file for a lost title whenever it was their mistake. Yes they're human but it's not my fault they mess up and I have to pay for it. read more

Thank you Bixby Tag Agency for being so fast, efficient, and courteous! We left another tag agency because they took over thirty minutes to process each real ID and we waited over an hour so we came here. Not only did the woman processing ID's know what she was doing and was fast and courteous she also had a sign in sheet so appointments could be made so there was never a wait. Just an awesome experience although she probably didn't enjoy all our complaining about Barnes Tag Agency that we had just left to come to Bixby. I will come here from now on. This tag agency made a factual mistake on my title, fully recognized they made the mistake, and expected me to pay to fix their error! Tom, the manager or owner, is the individual who made the original mistake and it was also his decision that I need to pay to fix it... Additionally, Bixby Tag Agency circumvents the state's regulation of their business by adding fees every chance they get, including a credit/debit card fee - in the year 2022, some businesses have begun accepting cryptocurrency for transactions...and these greedy folks are still charging a credit/debit card fee... I will not be back to further deal with their incompetent and unscrupulous ways, and this tag agent - Tom (manager/possibly owner), in particular - cares about nothing other than maximizing their profit/revenue! read more

Customer service is not dead! This place is wonderful and all the ladies & gentleman were AMAZING! Lots of smiles and laughter. I had to come back a 2nd time because the passport system was down, but that just made my day even better-seriously....who says that when going to the tag agency?! I never thought I would, but I did today! Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable, fast, friendly....I could go on and on. Thank you to Brenda and (I feel terrible I didn't get her name the first time I was in) but the wonderful woman who helped me the first time and spoke with me again the 2nd time. This is definitely a hidden gem. I won't go anywhere else when I have to visit the tag agency. And have to say....my mom was right on this one! The guy that helped me with my title transfer was great. The lady doing drivers license and real ID talks way too much. She wants to chit chat with each person and everyone waiting has to listen. She needs to focus on her job because people want to get in and get out. It takes WAY too long to do your business at this place. read more

This is the best tag agency in the Tulsa metro area. I use this location exclusively since going to others and being disappointed. It is the cleanest, nicest, best run place in the area. I have NO idea why Joe and Karin gave it one star - I'm guessing they have some skin in the game with the other tag agencies? (lol, just read Karin from SC's reviews. She hates everything.) Terrible! Rude, oh so rude! The woman that seems to be directing people was condescending, impatient, rude, intolerant. I watched 2 people walk out in tears. Anyone this unhappy at their job should do everyone a favor and seek other employment. Her disposition likely ruins many people's days. I wish there was an option for 0 stars because I have had zero service in two trips! I went here to get a new license and both times I walked away with nothing do to their unknowable system. I went there to get a tag I filled out the form he put the prices down for everything but I was missing something so he gave me the form and told me to bring it back with what I needed I was closer to the one in Glenpool so go to the glenpool location and gave them the form and they looked at it and said what are these prices he's over charging you on everything there not charging what the state requires to charger there charging extra I will not return to this tag agency read more

This tag agency is outstanding. I went to 2 other tag agencies this morning and was met by very unfriendly employees. I decided to try this one and was very pleased. It's a little farther away but well worth the drive. I was unaware that to get a Real ID you have to make an appointment. Nowhere did I see this on the Real ID website nor the website for my regular tag agency. For someone who has a drivers license ready to expire I was completely caught off guard when I went this morning. Appointments are anywhere from 4 - 6 weeks out. And those that take walk ins are very crowded. If you try to walk in for a Real ID call ahead to make sure you don't need an appointment. This tag agency is heads above the others. Just got off the telephone with Bixby Tag Agency. The lady (I should have got her name) was very helpful and it was right on the minute of closing. The fact she answered caught me off guard. I have lived in Bixby for 37 years and have exclusively used this tag agency since they opened. My experience is they have always been polite, attentive, fast, and accurate. Some workers here are an absolute joke. They were rude and completely uncooperative! My wife came to get her tags renewed and they wouldn't let her, Wouldn't explain why, giving her the nastiest looks, and raising her voice and told her she didn't have to explain why. My 2 year old nephew has better manners than this joke of a person they have working there. We called another tag agency and asked them the same exact questions and they answered and handled in a completely respectable manner. They were nice and were very helpful. WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE AND NEITHER WILL MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS. read more

Do not call this office and think they will answer any questions for you. The person on the phone would not answer any of my questions. She advised me I had to come in person. She had no time in assisting me with my questions. I called another tag office and the lady answered everyone of my questions. read more

This was my first time using this agency. It is well staffed and people were in and out quickly. They were very friendly and helpful. They saved me $12 by letting me know I could just attach my lien Release to my title instead of paying for a new title! That's good service!!! read more
