Elizabeth and Crystal did a great job! They pulled out a brand new box of tags to find my exact number. Walked out with an OSU tag! They did very well. read more

2.5 Stars is for a reason. Buyer Beware DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! After years of repeated marginal customer service and required return trips to meet their demands for tag/title, I will never step foot in this tag agency again. It unfortunate as they are located 1/2 mile from my business but they always complicate the issue and make outrageous requirements to get a tag/or title Last three incidents: 1. had check made out in name to Oklahoma Tax commission. It is now Service Oklahoma. They refused to accept the check, even when I revised to Service Oklahoma for Payee and they demanded I return to my office for new check. Any Bank would accept that check revision. This is a ludicrous demand by them. 2. They misspelled my last name when entering a outboard motor title, using the letter "h" rather than "k". When I learned of the error about two years later I went back to them and they said the application looked like a "h". My drivers license (which I presented at the time) with same address as title clearly show a "k" . OK mistake made how do we resolve? Them to me "you need to contact the seller of the outboard motor and get a notarized affidavit from him stating he sold the motor to Scott ***k not a Scott ***h. WTF??? I have no idea where this guy is ore even how to get in contact with him anymore. Are you kidding me? I took it to another tag agency and for $13.00 it was changed. 3. The last straw. I bought (2) jet ski's in Virginia from friends who live there. The ski's are still in VA and we will meet up later in May for an Exchange. When I first brought in the titles, they told that since they could not personally verify the VIN, I would have to get a form signed/notarized by the seller stating that was the VIN. So I mailed forms to Virginia, got them back and went to get titles. The girl then proceeded to do the work, completed one, then on second said "We have a problem". What is it? When the seller initially signed as seller, he dated it 1/15/24, accidentally putting 24 instead of 25 as we all do after the 1st of a new year. He put a slash through the 4 then wrote of 5 for "25" and even initialled the correction. (see picture below). Paperwork on other title and trailer title all dated same day, same ink in 2025. Honest mistake by seller on 1st signature on the paperwork Her Problem - "This title has been altered and I cannot issue a new title". The "alteration" was a handwritten correction on a sale date which was made out of habit since you been dating everything '24 for a year. "Ma'am you clearly can see it was an honest mistake, caught as soon as it was done." IT DID NOT MATTER TO HER! Her requirements for a solution - "You need to contact the seller and have them get a new replacement Virginia title in their name, and go through this process all over again". Bullsh!t!!! I walk out, go to another tag agency and NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER! Got a title issued in 15 minutes, no questions asked. THEY HAVE 2.5 STARS FOR A REASON. BUYER BEWARE!! Don't say you haven't been warned. read more

Garnett Tag Agency - According to Garnett Tag Agency, this is an "ALTERED TITLE" - Departments of Motor Vehicles Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

The Best Tag Agency is Tulsa! People are great and friendly. And its located on Mingo so its easy to get to!!!

Always fast and efficient with all services. I've gone to this location since I got my learners permit and that was years ago.

Great staff. Very friendly and very quick!!! I would definitely use Garnett Tag Agency anytime! Best people on Tulsa.

I have been going to this tag agency for years..... they are so polite and very helpful... they go above and beyond to make things easier for us customers.... highly recommend and Krystle is a great office manger and so is the rest of the team!!! read more

The manager at this location threw my autistic sister and mother out of the facility before they could finish their business because another customer there decided to cuss at my sister and she didn't immediately back down. The manager threatened my mother and sister with the police for simply not accepting that MAN'S abuse. Sexism is the only way to describe this. The manager told my mother that that man's behavior was excusable because he's on the spectrum, but somehow the same understanding could not be extended to my family, which were not the ones to start the altercation to begin with. This manager should not be overseeing anything if this is how she chooses to behave. read more

I was really impressed after being in and out here. There are a lot of employees and they're on a mission to take care of everyone quickly. They were also kind and knowledgeable. This will be my go to from now on. read more

Fast, friendly , efficient service keeps me coming back year after year! The convenience of the location is an added bonus.

Lady was incredibly rude, I was looking to get an ID and pricing to turn into a license. But she wouldn't even look up pricing, she kept speaking over me saying "next ". I called another tag agency and easily got pricing and an ID, the horrible treatment left me embarrassed and angry. read more

I do all of my tag and DL related business here. The staff is always helpful and on point. That's not always easy to do as it is sometimes chaotic due to the number of folks who are there conducting business, read more

The ladies were so efficient and kind. I was in and out quickly and had everything taken care of! Definitely will be using them again in the future when needed. read more

I am new to Oklahoma, and things are done differently here than where I came from. The staff was great, friendly, and helpful, which made it a great experience. I needed to make some changes and get some thing noterized, and they were my first thoughts. Thanks, look forward to seeing you soon. read more

I've been coming here many years because of the all around great service. It's been a minute but the service is still super!

The quality of service here is dependent on who happens to wait on you. I was there to get a real ID and had called ahead to make sure I had everything required. I had also check the state's website and it was in agreement. All set, right? Not so fast! When I got there one lady said I MUST have a birth certificate and another, barely 10' away said I MUST have a passport. Plainly obvious that whoever owns this business needs to spend a lot of time training. As to the state's website contradicting what they were saying... one lady said she didn't make the website and didn't care what it said. I drove home and got my birth certificate. When I returned, it did go fairly quick and I was out in about 15 minutes. I had a very bad experience here many years ago and have been driving to Owasso Tag (from south Tulsa) for the last 15 years. I read a few positive reviews about Garnett Tag and decided to give them another chance. Never again. I have a new car on order and when it arrives, I'll be back at Owasso Tag. My guess is, if you are a frequent customer, or they know you, you might get acceptable service. Otherwise you may have an experience similar to mine. read more

This used to be the best, quickest agency in Tulsa. The ladies were smart, kind and on their game. Things have changed from last year! I had to take off work to get drivers license renewed. Waited behind one man for almost an hour. Ladies were more interested in flirting with the guys who came than moving customers through. read more

I don't understand why they can't make a driver's license after 3pm when they're open till 5:30. There was not a single customer in the place but 6 employees that were too busy playing on the computer to work. It's not displayed anywhere that they don't make them after 3 so I'm pretty sure the girl just didn't want to work at 4pm. read more

They worked around their computer system to help me get a new title for my car. They worked together well and got me taken care of promptly.

Always very friendly and helpful. I have went to them for 10 years now and highly recommend!

Only 4 stars because of the volume of people that come through. People are so nice and helpful with everything. Even though they were crazy busy the line moved quickly. Thank you! Make an appointment before you go though is an expert tip or go super early if you're in a rush. read more

It is no surprise to me that this agency has a two star review. The attitude of the women is ridiculous. I called to make an appointment to get a license made, they told me to come right now. So when I got there they failed to tell me I was coming there so I could put my name on a LIST to get my license made. Two teenage/ early twenty girls talking AT me at the same time telling me it's first come first serve is not okay. Their teenager attitudes did not help me respond calmly in any way. This is not what anyone wants on a Monday morning. I will never go back after getting my license made after today. read more

I usually choose this location because it's not as busy. Previous visits have been quick enough for me to disregard the poor customer service. More recently, service is particularly rude, and takes 2+ hours for a Real ID. "Machines are slow". That's fine. What's not is dealing with an annoyed employee at this place is commonplace. Most of them are stuck on bad attitudes. They are selective in whom they are most helpful. Unless you ask direct questions, they will passive aggressively send you on your way empty handed. This is uncomfortable in an already marginalized area. No thanks! read more

I have always had a good experience at this tag agency. I happened to just be looking for their phone number today and saw all the negative reviews and decided I needed to speak up. I try to go during non-typical busy times like not first thing in the morning or durning the lunch rush and I have never had a long wait. I recently had an expired drivers license and they were out of appointments but went ahead and let me wait at the end of the line anyway, and actually took 2-3 others after me as well. The ladies have always had great and generous attitudes and have always answered any questions I have had. read more

They rip you off. They refuse to give me my registration said they can only mail it and charged me a fee. I'm sure it's so they can rip you off and make extra money. I normally go to the one in glenpool and they will give me my registration right away. I will never return here!! read more

There is new red neck females in here giving people a hard time. I gave them my insurance and it didn't expire till next year.: they called the insurance company and they said I had cancel it two days ago. I had forgotten that new policy kicked in with country financial. I called my insurance agen and had them email me my insurance policy. I will not be going back to this place. If you want frustration this place is to go.. I went elsewhere... read more

Do not sit down. period. they will straight up ignore you. 3 people walked in and got immediate help while i waited my turn. Guy next to me got ignored for 2 hours, when he asked why people are going ahead of him for drivers license, one lady in the back literally got mad and told him to sit down because he needs to wait his turn and that is where she told him to sit. read more

VERY POOR / RUDE SERVICE On 5/13 I went to ask to renew my Driver License and/or get new Real ID, I was told by the the person who took care of me I need it both and she told me to bring required docs for my real ID next day. I pay for my license and next day I came a got my real ID so I pay TWICE, after I receive my Real ID and License they were both already expired. I went back and Shelly with red Glasses who runs the office was extremely rude when I ask why they told me to get both. I ask for refund, she gave me her attitude and told me she couldn't help and the longest I talk and complain the longer I was suppose to wait to get my problem fix. I was asking to her if me paying twice was their mistake why no refund back. She rudely turn around and walk away. This is not about the card being expired instead about her worker making me pay twice and giving the wrong advice. Shelley for people like you we are where we are in this world, you need some manners and provide a better service. There is more details of her ugly and nasty attitude but I hope whoever goes there doesn't have to deal with their mistakes. read more

these guys were absolutely awesome... you can go somewhere else and wait 45 minutes for substandard service or you can be in and out in about 5 minutes at Garnett tag agency... super fast and very kind read more

Worst customer service I have ever seen. The people there were very rude pretty much accused me of having insurance card but not having insurance because it didn't pull up in the system. So I had to go to my insurance company to get a letter stating I had insurance even though I had a card...Not my problem that your system is defective, I don't appreciate being accused of not having coverage even though I had a card by stating "some people " Will pay one month of insurance to get the card and then they don't pay the rest. I'm not that "some people" read more

Super FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE!! Bilingual, cash and card accepted. Love it here. Have to say, one of the most helpful tag agency around

Worst people ever. Pretend to be friendly but rude at the same time. Said that they would send someone to my home sense one of my cars didn't work. That they would have a person out here to look at it. Have my title on hold until that person looked at my car. Then 1 week later I would get my title. Turns out they lied and now they are giving me the ring around. Do Not Trust These People At All! Complete BS. read more

You will spend more time writing your check than you will waiting for them to help you. Been going there several years now, just regret the years I didn't go there. read more

Super fast and friendly. Was in and out in 5 minutes. That's unheard of for a tag agency!

No saterday hours on yelp or the website. Calling the number gives a fax sound. I don't like this place.

Rude people, asked a simple question got none-sense answer and a stink eye. Went there twice, regretted both times. No wonder there was no line in front of me. read more

Terrible customer service. I went once to get my DL and had a not so pleasant visit. Barely spoken to during the process of getting my DL and pic done. Not impressed at all. Went again to register my car that was from out of state. First she said I wouldnt get an OK license plate until I had my car title. I told her there is a lien at the credit union and she said well until I pay it off I cant get OK tag? really? so what was I there paying 140 bucks for?? THEN...I was told I had to come back with a different registration because what I had wasn't a real registration. It was all I had and I explained it was used for other things as REGISTRATION. No one cared...she was probably glad she didn't have to do work. The atmosphere in that place is terrible. So I drove STRAIGHT over to Central Park Tag Agency on S Elm. I spoke to two women who were very nice. They had my car registered and a NEW PLATE ON MY CAR in 10 minutes. Do yourself a favor and find a different agency to go to. And I rarely write reviews but I was SO frustrated by the way I had been treated in 2 different visits I felt I should share. read more

Terrible experience, the speed of getting things done was good. However, I would rather wait in line all day then put up with the attitude that Miss. Pink Hair gave me. I cannot speak for the other ladies there. But, all I did was simply ask if they could take a credit card payment over the phone, (from a family member) because I did not have as much cash on me as I thought. And she responded like I had just asked the stupidest most insulting question ever. It's already embarrassing enough that I don't have enough money on me, but she raised her voice and announced it to everyone. I mean a simple," I am sorry Ma'am, but we can't do that" would have been fine. Instead I got a "First of all, we don't do that, second of all the credit card holder has to be here, so we know it's them" head bob and everything. And when I responded with "Well, excuse me." She just gave me a dirty look and said "Okay" and walked off. I will never go back to this tag agency, I know these places are known for hateful people, but that was just too much. read more
