I asked what size it would be if she didn't cut and she said 8.5x11, I said it didn't matter either way. When I finally went to pay, she charged me around $3.50 to cut the paper. All of which took her 5 seconds on a cutting machine. She didn't tell me it would cost more for her to spend 5 extra seconds to cut it. I like supporting local but this was a frustrating experience.

They couldn't professionally print my name without recreating the badge. She got the logo, my name, and the QR code on the back perfect. She also used the logo to create my business cards. These guys held onto furniture from Z gallery from March 15 until they finally delivered it on May…read more10. They literally had my furniture for almost 2 months before delivering it. Z Gallery went to extreme lengths to try to get them to deliver furniture I Purchased in January sooner than that but was unable to work with this company. The delivery guys showed up one hour late and were not nice about it, telling me that I didn't know what time the appointment was. Later I found on their paperwork that showed clearly that my appointment time was the time I had written down. When one piece of furniture was wobbly, they said my floors were uneven. They're not.. I sent the furniture back. They took extreme detail and care of my furniture, and were great about putting together a very complicated lamp. So my experience was slightly worse than OK. I could see that these guys would be great for handling furniture, but obviously had issues with national companies, and scheduling. I blame most of this on management, but two times the guys tried to bullshit me. Caveat emptor.

I had 30 printed copies I took in and only needed holes punched in the copies and then spiral bound…read morewhich takes less than 1 minute. 2 people were behind the print center and I person wasn't helping anyone but told me if they took the 1 minute to do my copies I'd be charged for express service because they had online print orders to do and soonest I could get it would be later that day requiring a 2nd trip back there for a 1 minute job. I drove to FedEx on 71st St and even though they had print jobs on all their printers, they took the copies and less than a minute later gave me the spiral bound booklet. I will never use this Staples for this type of service ever again! Very poor customer service for such an easy product.
