They have these scanning machines in the front that are always off-line so then you have to wait in line. Nearly everybody waiting in line is there to return stuff from Amazon. So they treat everybody there like they're there to make a return. But that's never the nature of my business. I don't typically buy things from Amazon. I'm usually there to pay to ship something. There's one guy there that is always rude. They can never find my shipping account and they have to start a new one for me. I worry that I have so many UPS accounts open. Pros: when the machines in the front are down, they usually have an employee posted in front. This employee explains to people That The machines are down and what they can do about it.

Second, On more than one occasion I have had to help someone carrying in many boxes. I think the first door you encounter is a sliding glass door, but then the second or you encounter is one the pulls open. It's a difficult to manage door if your arms are full of boxes.

I went back to the UPS store to try and get a partial refund, but they said I would have to go thru USPS. I went to the USPS branch and they said that UPS should not be selling the 1-day USPS Priority Express option, USPS could not do anything because I did not pay them. Went back to the UPS store for a second time and was told sorry can't do anything again. Called UPS corporate and was told sorry can't do anything, it's a franchise issue. Complete runaround scam.
