    In the world we live in nowadays, full of dishonest humans, especially "Porch Pirates" as they have been labeled, I am more than thankful to have the UPS store. Having been a victim to a porch pirate, I began researching P.O. Boxes and alternatives. Unlike a P.O. Box, the UPS store has a flat rate for their mailboxes, and once you are a customer, a person will receive a plethora of services. All the "ing"s along with a discount for shipping packages via UPS. When I have a package delivered, I no longer have to worry about it. Aside from all the services, the best part of being a customer is the team -- a collective group of beautiful people. I really enjoy how the staff greets all their customers by name, it shows appreciation. If you are in the market for a P.O. I recommend that check with a UPS store, where a person can get a box plus much more and at a great deal!

    I love this place! Everyone there is super friendly. They are very efficient and know what they're doing, copies, mailing packages etc.

    They under pay one of our load and we can NOT get a hold of the accounts payable and when you call…read morethe broker, he just tells you he will call you back. Never receive a phone call back from anybody. We followed all they asked and still stiff us. Not to mention they do not stick to the agreement. We agreed to haul a load from KCMO - Aurora CO next thing you know our trailer is being loaded to Salt Lake City UT and if you do not take it they will put another carrier to haul your trailer.

Our driver arrived on time and was advised his actual appointment was at 3:30 PM. I sent several emails to our broker Dameon but got no response. After a period of time went by, he finally replied "if that is what the shipper said then you have to wait". I continued to email in regards to how much the driver will be compensated. Again several emails went out with no response. I added Scott who is suppose to be in upper management but never got a response either. Our driver waited very patiently for 9 hours and was out at 5:30PM. Dameon never apologize for the inconvenience or thanked the driver for doing an amazing job. He simply sent a revised confirmation with $125 layover added. I asked that he please reconsider and pay at least $250, which is what the rate confirmation said they were able to pay upon approval. I felt this situation was more that justifiable for the $250. Dameon said he would not approve it because the driver did not have wait there over night so he would only pay $125. Again, I sent multiple emails in efforts to get more compensation for our driver and yet he never responded. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Poor attitude. Very unethical and unprofessional. Please be careful when booking with ITS and especially broker Dameon.

    What a tragic "Dumpster Fire" (Sh*t Show) of a business. I…read moredropped off a package for delivery on 12/01/2025 with an expected delivery of 12/03/2025 on 12/02 I was still unable to locate the tracking number in the UPS tracki no system. I called UPS corporate who explained to me that the shipment had not been A.) called in for pick-up, B.) had not been dropped-off at an official UPS shipment warehouse, and C.) had not been picked-up by a UPS driver. I wanted to understand why the UPS store that i had shipped that package thru had taken no action. I called the store at 16:35 on Dec. 03. The girl who answered the phone put me on "hold" which lasted :28min until i decided to disconnect the call and call them back: The phone rang one time and went directly to a voicemail tree where I was unable to leave a message because the messaging system had not been set-up by the owner. If you have better options, and you do.. steer clear of this business. Trash begets trash.

    They remodeled! This makes me so excited as this location really needed a makeover. Not only did it…read morereceive a makeover... they also added PO Boxes. They do have an Amazon device that allows you to scan your QR code, print the label and ship your package yourself allowing you to skip the line at the register for Amazon packages. The employees have actually been pretty nice to me each time I've gone in here. Like they actually enjoy their job. The service efficiency is so so. Sometimes they're quick and other times they're not but it's usually due to a customer needing extra assistance. I don't ever buy any packaging material at the store though because it's always so expensive. I do like where they're located as it's the closest one to me and I hope they don't ever move further south.
