For awhile new management improved service but it has reverted back to sh%t. There were two young white boys working. Both were sitting when I entered. Neither greeted me nor stood up to help when I approached the counter. After some staring the curly haired boy with blonde hair stood up to help. I brought in a Happy Return and he asked me to put the items in a bag and put them in a bin located behind me. That is his job and these were not Amazon returns and shouldn't be placed in the same bins as Amazon Returns. I was in the store for about 10 minutes total. I processed my own actual Amazon returns, while the curly haired boy whined the entire time that he couldn't wait for his Mother to pick him up. When a white man came in the store both not only greeted him, but stood up to assist him. I am a woman of color. They did not treat me with the same respect as a white customer. These two employees exhibited racist or sex discriminatory behavior. They are probably doing other inappropriate things when there is no adult present. read more

2025 shoutout to the new management at UPS here on Snoqualmie Ridge! Not only did I order lots and lots of packages and dealt with a bunch of returns over the past 6 months as I prepared for a wedding, birthdays, Christmas and more - but the updates and changes they have made have been significant to improve the experience. I know many have grumbled over the years about the service under previous management, but MJ and his employees have been professional, speedy helpful, and have clearly made improvements to the increased demand our community puts on this VITAL store I am so grateful that we have. I stood up for the owners over the years of all the bad reviews until I was yelled at the top of the owners lungs for still receiving mail and a package here after I moved away. That is not my fault, he could have just sent it back! He was absolutely disgusting the way he treated me in front of an entire store full of people. I will also be reporting this location and the owner to UPS corporate. He needs to move on from anything customer service related. Just the worst treatment, period. This is probably the worst place to receive packages. If it wasn't for the fact that UPS drivers can't seem to deliver to the front door and love leaving packages out in the weather at our garage door I wouldn't have to deal with this S Show. For starters this UPS Store won't allow for pick up of held packages if you and your spouse have different last names. (quote "couples should have the same last name") Despite having the tracking number, delivery slip, an ID with matching address, name being on the account as authorized to pick up, the ups policy on pick ups shown to him with email from UPS explaining their own policy and a call to the store they wouldn't release the package until my SO emailed them directly saying I had permission. UPS Stores corporate said there was nothing they could do since it's privately owned and operated. Find some place else to ship, I hear FedEx is OK. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I had a fieldprint appointment scheduled and instead of canceling like other places have and would they just let me come there and then told me there was no one working that could do it. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but the lack of communication and care for the time I took off work and the drive I made to get there is just too much for me to not say something. If you take appointments, then honor them or cancel them ahead of time. Had this been an emergency it would be understandable, but I was told this person just didn't show up to work even though they were supposed to so they knew well ahead of time they could not honor the appointment and just choose to not communicate. read more

These guys are awesome! I have no idea why so many poor reviews as I'm in here on a near daily basis and see Jeff and his entire team providing excellent service every time. Just an update... I emailed the store with my complaints after my terrible experience. The owner emailed me back today to apologize and let me know that the specific employee has been talked to and they are retraining all their employees with regards to customer service. Opted to have packages held when numerous deliveries dropped off at the wrong house. Having them held at this location was an even worse idea. Owner is extremely rude and refused pickup of my package by a household member because we didn't share the same last name-- WHAT?! Contacted UPS customer service and they confirmed package should have been handed over no problem. In the future I'm having packages kept at the Issaquah store as their staff are friendlier and hours match my work schedule better. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Every time I have to use this location the employee is rude and unhelpful. I also use the North Bend and Issaquah locations and the employees there are always helpful and responsive. The last time I was in to drop off a few packages for pickup the employee at the counter was being condescending to a young man who wanted to send his grandmother a postcard. This is the WORST UPS store I have ever visited. This is based on multiple trips. Every time, the employees are rude. On one occasion, the employee seemed angry and rolled his eyes because I asked for a receipt to track my package. The last time was the final straw. This time was an older man - he yelled at me because my shipping label was not taped to the box. Every UPS store I've ever been to has always provided a sleeve. He was disgusted and basically told me I was cutting into their profits by using his tape! Seriously?! Even though this store is much more convenient, I would rather drive to another store than have to deal with people like this. Customer service is huge with me, and they really messed up. This has to be the worst UPS store I've ever been in. I dealt with the owner and had some questions about shipping services (I have a small business) and getting a mailbox. After asking two questions about the boxes he grabbed a flyer, slapped it down on the counter and walked away. I was completely shocked and walked out at that point. I ended up setting my business shipping address in Issaquah even though I live in Snoqualmie. I held off in posting a review because I wanted to give the guy the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was just having a bad day. I mentioned my experience (this happened about 3 months ago) to someone over the holiday weekend and she said that my experience with the owner is typical. She said there are 1 or 2 younger guys that work there and they are great, but knowing the owner is consistently rude to customers, I decided to submit my review. read more

I have been to the ups off of center Blvd twice within the year and have received exceptional service both times. Both times a young man helped me and he was very friendly and helpful. I am always a little nervous coming in to start with because I don't bring my own box, etc and both times have been very smooth, easy and quick exchanges that leave me with a smile on my face as I'm walking out the door! MAN! I read the reviews prior to my phone call to this UPS store to ask some questions about color printing, but I called anyway. WOW! I WILL NEVER USE THIS STORE AS LONG AS THIS GUY IS THE OWNER! He was agitated by my asking him three questions. His curt responses made me feel as if I should already know this stuff. With his demeanor, he'll never make it in any business as long as he is the front man. Absolutely ZERO people skills. UPS needs to review their franchise here and make a change. I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 30 years and yes, the older gentleman is extremely rude and ignorant to what good customer service is all about. Their website states that "they pride themselves on their customer service." Actions speak louder than words! Every employee except for the young dark haired female have been extremely rude. I spend thousands of dollars a year with companies that use UPS for delivery. I probably return 30% of what I purchase and all I ask for is to scan the parcel and give me a receipt. This takes about 30 seconds to do. Well you would think I was asking for their first-born child. They question why I need a receipt and resist everytime. Their discontent, poor attitude and rudeness displayed takes longer than just scanning and printing a receipt. They treat customers like they are our boss and we are the employees. I've been a customer here for years now and this location does an excellent job packing fragile items. Nothing I've shipped has ever been damaged. All you do is hand them the item you want to ship and they take care of the rest. It's pretty easy and super convenient. The review about the manager surprises me because he has always been friendly towards me. read more
