The staff are typically unfriendly but the new woman working here today, who I've never seen before, was exceptionally condescending. If you're dropping off a regular UPS package, not Amazon, there is no "color" on the label but baskets are labeled with signs saying red, blue, or green in big letters. The woman working in a red sweatshirt made it a point to condescendingly tell me she had signs in six places all of which said "housekeeping" with a paragraph of text and then go a rant about people on breaks and being behind. If I'm supposed to know "red, blue, or green" Amazon baskets means also put your regular UPS packages here, then that should be much more clear. read more

I am so grateful for this store -- they are VERY busy, but always super helpful, and it's so great when you have returns. They are VERY efficient! We are lucky to have this shop in North Bend -- instead of driving all the way into Issaquah or something -- I'm GLAD they are busy, which means they'll stay in business here in North Bend! read more

This is a great place to send packages. I mostly have done returns here but customer service has been good. The size of the store is on the small size but it does the job. It can get busy before and around lunchtime. read more

Slow service...understaffed regularly. Very difficult to do business here. I hope the new owner will staff the store better.

Unfriendly and unreliable staff. I dropped off my Comcast equipment for return over two weeks ago and it's still sitting on their shipping table for return. Meanwhile, Comcast is trying to charge me for that equipment. When I called about them not meeting expectations, the guy was dismissive of the miss on their part and just said "it'll be going out today." as if it's no big deal and that I'm somehow inconveniencing him by expecting them to follow through with their agreement with Comcast. Find a different shipping store if you want to be treated with respect. This location sucks. read more

Absolutely terrible location with a tactless owner. Paid $250 for an overnight. Same address for both sending and returning since out of state. They got the return to sender correct but not shipping by a single digit. So I didn't get my box in time nor did they even properly fix the issue once contacted. Still haven't received my overnighted package or any type of refund for the service, never even asked for a full return simply the overnight fee. Manager is rude, Owner is worse. Quickly called to confirm my address and acted as if he was doing me a favor by finally trying to fix something instead of just doing his job. Wouldn't suggest this location for anything. read more

The UPS Store North Bend is great. Everyone is super friendly, they're patient, they're considerate, and reliable. I've always had a mailbox somewhere, but this store is one of the best. There is something so delightful about coming in to get your mail, and they already have your packages (or in my case, overflow mail!) ready at the counter for you. Definitely revamping the "human interaction" parts we're void of lately. :) read more

The service is terrible; The employee (I will leave his name out, but he it is not the manager) makes you feel like you are "putting him out" and acts exasperated to everyone else in the store, while be is helping you. Sighs...eye rolls.....Short, snippy and rude. He moved a card rack, while I was looking at the cards! Wt?? Told me it needed to be moved; common sense says, wait until your customer is done? I was also advised that they will be charging for a piece of tape.....my last visit was a week ago and I will start driving to other locations. They are obviously so understaffed, that they feel it is okay to be rude to customers. It is never ok. Maybe, if less people frequent the store, they will start to treat others like humans. I will be helping them with their customer service, by taking my business elsewhere. read more

Stopped by to drop off a package to mail and received very friendly, attentive service. They can either do USPS or UPs and got me the best rate for my package. They also have other services like copies, notary and faxing. Nice to have those things in town. With all the negative reviews of the North Bend postal service, I'm inclined to go here for all my shipping instead. read more

Great people! Very knowledgable and fast, this location is far better than the one on the ridge.

They charge you .25 cents a copy to print your label and if it comes out with an extra blank page, guess what, .25 more cents. Its just a money grab. read more

This UPS store in North Bend has the nicest and most knowledgeable employees. I'm always surprised at their willingness to work on shipping items in the most expeditious manner at the best price. You can ship and/drop off outbound USPS mail there as well. They have giant scanners for huge documents. They can pack almost anything securely and carefully. I strongly recommend this store. read more

This is a UPS store with many business functions, excellent capable,friendly help. I have gone in with returns for Amazon with no problems. Several copying jobs and they will print boarding passes if you need them. Always helpful, friendly. Michael and crew are an asset to the community . Thank you! read more
