When a white man came in the store both not only greeted him, but stood up to assist him. I am a woman of color. They did not treat me with the same respect as a white customer. I was expecting a package to be delivered that required a signature. It is now almost October, and we have had to pay $165 for the application, $80 to expedite, $40 worth of expedited mailing documents ($285) total for the passport that should have arrived by now for $165 if applied for properly by this post office. We leave in a little over two weeks, we have no idea if we are going to get it in time. ALL of this was preventable if the lady did the job she IS BEING PAID to do, correctly. I'd be happy to take this down if they do the right thing and make an effort to at least provide a partial reimbursement for the mistakes made on their end.
