The 2 employees working today, 3/12/21, about 1 pm, went above and beyond the call of duty! I can't praise them enough for their kind and caring attitude. One employee said he was new and the other I know is a long term employee. My job mistakenly sent me 2 computers, 4 monitors, 2 keyboards, etc. I wasn't able to lift the boxes. I opened the boxes and the long term employee helped me carry all the equipment to my car. Thank you so much for helping me! I recommend this UPS store. read more

If you have to drive and park here, forget it! I feel deceived because the few times I went here they gave me passes for the expensive parking downtown when I asked. This time, after a lengthy transaction of returns--where I considerately let other customers go in front of me between items, so they wouldn't have to wait---Little did I know I was racking up big parking fees by doing that. When I asked for the customary parking pass the guy looked at me like I was crazy and claimed they don't do that. When I told them they've always done it before when I asked, he said, well, they don't anymore. (Ohh-Kay, well clearly not for me anyway) . Never would have gone to that location with no help for steep parking rip off--let alone run the meter up further by allowing others to go in front of me---had I known of this inconsistency, and NEVER will again! Not a ups store just and affiliate, has no UpS envelopes, only blank ones to charge you for! And they cannot use your Account. $32.00 for a return labels. Don't use this location they are almost twice as much as other locations since they are private! read more

I am new to this area and needed to rush and get my finger prints on my lunch. Wandering around lost downtown I was approached by a man asking if he could help me find where I'm going, thankful for help I was excited to find out he actually worked at ups and walked me into the store. Great service. The guy gave me initial pricing which I said was too expensive, so he told me if I could make my package a little lighter I could send it regular mail. I took a few things out and mailed them separately, and saved about $7 on sending. I will definitely go back! read more

Everyone at this store is super helpful! I've visited many times in the last few weeks preparing for an out-of-state move, to mail not only boxes but several job applications as well. They are friendly, courteous, and they recognize me as a repeat customer. I've really enjoyed working with Chetan and John, good guys for sure. I also sent a very precious, high-value item through UPS (instead of with my movers), and it arrived on time, packed super-well, and for a fraction of the price I had originally thought it would be. Hint: You can bring USPS items here for drop-off if you have a prepaid label. (You can mail USPS packages also, but they can't guarantee delivery or tracking as they can with UPS stuff.) I definitely recommend this UPS location and am sad I won't be a patron anymore now that I'm in MN! read more

We have used their 505 Broadway Store in Capitol Hill as well as this one downtown. There are no fedex or ups stores close to South Lake Union and I have been coming to this store for my shipping and mailbox needs. Highly recommend this store for a small business. read more

NEVER use UPS to ship your moving boxes. Worst experience ever and I was a first time customer too. They have no care for your boxes in transit. They looked like they had been flung all over the place when I received them. I bet you I'll find many broken items once I unpack them all. They dropped off the boxes with a 3rd party package receiving company with whom I was not even a client. That's basically like leaving my boxes with a complete stranger. You can't get in touch with anyone local when you dial customer service. It's always someone overseas (in Philippines I think). Their tracking system online is not accurate. For example it said packages were picked up when they actually weren't. They don't bother trying to call you if there's a problem with pickup or delivery (even though they have your number). And it takes them days to "investigate" where your packages are if you didn't receive them but it says they were "delivered." And their "investigation" process is very cumbersome and requires you to individually submit an investigation request for each package...pain in the ass process! I've never used Fedex either but you can be assured I will use Fedex in the future and never UPS again! read more

This was the worst customer experience I've had in several years. John, the manager (if he indeed is the manager of the store as he claims) refused to notarize my document since he could not understand the content (foreign language). Me and my wife (who's also a notary public) had a different understanding of the notarization rules but he would not listen to me trying to explain the situation. When I tried to give him the phone to talk to my wife to try to clarify the situation, he said he won't talk to her because it's not his job, and he won't change his mind anyway. When I finally convinced him to, he engaged in shouting at my wife and then basically hang up on her. I ended up leaving the store empty handed. I find it incredible that this level of customer service exists and what's more, judging from other reviews, is tolerated by UPS. read more

When I'm deciding where to mail a package, convenience is typically my top priority. However this UPS store completely blew me away with their incredible customer service. Every single person that has helped me has been friendly, positive and conscious of my time but my most recent experience has converted me to a regular not just because the store is steps from my office but because of the people. My father passed away recently and I designed the funeral programs (using Microsoft word). I sent them the PDF and asked for copies. Instead of going of and printing them blindly, John took the time to print a sample so that I could check the alignment. To my surprise, I had been way off in spacing the lettering from the margins and it would have been a huge disservice to my dad to print them as they were. He gave me advice on how to adjust the design and the next day after I sent the revised version he personally ensured they were cut perfectly. On top of all that he notarized the funeral documents and did it compassion and professionalism. I'm so lucky to call this UPS store mine, the people that work here are truly special. read more

John Moquin at this UPS store is a life saver!! I had to get a few documents notarized and after running about several banks, I was informed that college transcript notarizations are done *only* at UPS stores (at a premium of $10 per transcript of course, which is pretty ridiculous!). It was evening and I had multiple deadlines since I was traveling early the next day and was in the middle of much work and John saved the day for me! Even as I stood in the queue, waiting my turn, I could see how he was so efficiently working, multitasking and servicing two people at the same time. And all of it was done with a great attitude and energy! Even today, my brief first visit to this UPS store and John's exemplary service and attitude inspires me to do my job in my office with more enthusiasm. Great service, super friendly staff! I went to get printouts, copies and a notarization. They were SO detail-oriented and conscientious about it and weren't just going through the motions. I also heard them give other customers tips on how to ship things more cheaply. By far the best store of this kind (Fedex/UPS/USPS) I have been to in any state! read more
