Lisa, the notary, was very helpful. She provided excellent service! All employees here are extremely well oriented with customer service. Lisa made a mistake on a form with complicated out of state mandates. I was expecting this mistake to cost me another $50.00 overnight shipping charge. Lisa made sure the problem was corrected and waived the all cost associated with the problem. Obviously Lisa was embarrassed, but hey, we are human and we aren't perfect. Lisa, thank you very much for making this endeavor right and showing the character of this establishment. The silver lining with this circumstance is how well this UPS Store takes care of their customers, I wish more businesses acted like you did. I will be a dedicated and loyal customer base on your kind demonstration of service. read more

I wonder if the owner who responded even read my review. This is not about shipping. This is about packing. And I did try to work with you via email to no avail. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Constantly rude, nasty, unfriendly and unhelpful. I'd drive 10 more miles just to not have these people wreck my day everytime I walk in. read more

They get really busy here since it is the closest one for the people that live around this area. I was only visiting and needed to do an Amazon return. There is a self service station which can help with the flow if you comfortable using that. Could be more organized but it's clean enough. read more

love this UPS location. The staff are all amazing and kind. The store is close by our home and the store is clean and up to date! The main reason I LOVE this location is bc of LUANNE! She always greets me with the biggest smile. She is super knowledgeable and I always learn something from her. Today, she informed me how to tell on my Amazon return if I need to package it or not. Every single time-I learn something. Her customer service skills are off the charts. You combine her knowledge of the job and her kind, positive attitude and it's a Win, Win! I find myself hanging back in line until she can help me. LOVE LUANNE AND THIS AMAZING LOCATION! read more

The UPS Store - The address for this awesome UPS Store! - Shipping Centers Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

Staff is friendly but I have one concern that just drives me crazy with this location...they charge for an email in addition to the print job. They charge for a service that's free. They tried to say it's to pay for the time it takes the staff to open it. It's a rip off. read more

IMPORTANT: They are NOT open on Sundays. They are open 9-5 on Saturdays. They are always very friendly and helpful. I use them a lot for my Amazon returns. read more

Always friendly helpful staff there. Love the whole Amazon service they offer. It's a very convenient location for me. I highly recommend!

We came in Monday to return a bunch of Amazon packages. The staff was super friendly in getting all of our returns processed. Thanks so much for all your help! read more

This particular UPS store is just wonderful! The staff are always so helpful. Whether it is a notarization or packaging, I have always experienced such a fast experience when stopping by this location. Keep up the great work! I love having this store in my neighborhood. read more

Rude, inconsiderate price gougers sums this group up. The owners of this location are notorious for overcharging local residents. Today we went into the store to print something and the manager said the printer was down, then advised us to go to their "sister" store which was the "closest ups store in the area." This was in fact a lie, there is a closer ups store by several miles. The manager sent us miles out of the way so we could spend our money at the other store they own. In summary, the people who own and operate this store don't give a damn about you, me, or anyone. They don't understand how business works. The customer is their lifeline. They have burned many local people and that doesn't project well for their business in the long run. read more

Today was the third time that I have visited this store to have items scanned & e-mailed, only to be told that they were unable due to equipment/computers being out of order. Guess I should only rely on this location for shipping purposes only, as they don't have the ability to provide ancillary services. Love the people in this store, but I need a business to provide the services they claim to offer. read more

Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is a very busy store as they are the closest to the Rio Verde Foothills. They've never failed to provide service with a smile even when slammed with customers. I particularly appreciate NOT having to wear a ridiculous and useless face covering once restrictions were lifted. Pricing is reasonable and within industry standards. I feel I'm getting my monies worth when doing business with this store. read more

I have only mailed packages from this location and found it to be a great experience. We held a coaching event for 500 people in April and Lori literally printed everything we required in record time! Excellent communication and superior service! Thank you for a quick and professional copy job done very well! read more

Rude and slow. Service with an attitude. I had not been there in a year since my last bad experience. They are the closest UPS store to my home. But I will gladly travel the extra 15 minutes to go to another. read more

Well, this was my experience this am-tried to get a box to ship Good morning, I am rather upset at my experience at your store this am. I waited at the counter as I needed help. The staff tool 3 phone calls while I was waiting, When I suggested I needed to get going she rather aggressively told me she was alone in the store, etc etc. I asked her why she was being so bitchy towards me and started to walk out, I then heard her call me a bitch on my way out. I turned around and asked her how to contact the store owner. Staff name I believe was Connie. Certainly not customer friendly. I will be posting this inb Yelp as well, Bonnie read more

Usually good and helpful. Issue is this time I dropped off a FedEx pre-paid. Their employee (update: it was the owner) looked at it, said that's fine! A week later I find out it was never delivered. I call the store, was told "We no longer do FedEx". But they never called me despite my local Scottsdale mobile phone number being printed on the label of the box they have. Lady there told me "you can come pick it up". Also challenged me about "Who do you think you gave it to?" (turns out it was the owner that had accepted the package from me). Staff was pretty upset I'd left a negative Yelp review because of this issue. They mentioned that they would have eventually taken it next door to the fedex drop at Walgreens. read more

Not only does this store damage your packages and take no accountability, they opened a package and STOLE product from it that wasn't known til opening it. However, since was pre-signed at the door they aren't liable. Side note... They do deliver Covid for free as don't expect they will follow the laws. read more

The worst customer service. They lose packages and tell you that you picked them up already, when you did not. There is no accountability for anything. They simply do not care about their customers or the job they are doing. The woman running this store is extremely rude and not interested in any type of customer service. As a long time customer, I will be canceling my account. The store has really gone downhill with the changes in management. Be sure to open your account at a different store. You will not be happy the terrible attitude of the store manager or the number of times they lose your packages. read more

I use this UPS store for our UPS shipments and amazon returns -- several packages a week. They are always helpful, since I wait for my packages to be scanned and receive a printed receipt. Some amazon returns require them to package the items for me. They are fabulous. read more

We love this location! They are so convinent and friendly! My husband and I are here weekly and this is our all time favorite location!

Attitude problem ... Are usually don't go to this UPS store and I will never go back. The girl at the register had an attitude problem and was too busy speaking to a personal friend on the phone to help me. It's worth the drive to go to another location. read more

Extremely rude and horrible customer service especially from the older man who works there.

Excellent service. Responded immediately with a fair price I will go there again. Kind of a non-stop one stop place to take care of all of your shipping and office requirements read more

I am so disappointed that they refuse to wear masks for the safety of their patrons. I asked why and they said "don't ask we are in Scottsdale". that is about the worst excuse I have ever heard. I am no longer going to support businesses that don't support neighbors. That is a political stand, not a stand that protects people. No one asked for this virus but we are all in it together. They lost me as a customer and I won't miss them. read more

My mother sent me a package for Christmas that never arrived. It made it to Colorado but was undeliverable, I was told the box had been torn open and nothing was inside. Luckily my mother had insured the package however after multiple time going in to the UPS store she was told they would not honor her insurance. That is where I stepped in, I find it appalling that they would take advantage on an 84 year old woman. They have now told me that they have resubmitted the claim however that was 3 weeks ago and every time I call they say they will call me back! This UPS store has horrible customer service read more

Staff not even wearing masks in violation of Maricopa county law; I've been there several time and even asked why they weren't wearing masks and receive a "sorry" as an answer. Also, shipped a package that was not only damaged but items stolen out of the package, when i reported to them and tried to file a claim they were less than thrilled to make it right and resolve the theft. read more

I was just there today to ship three items. Since it is the holiday season, they were very busy. But the staff was friendly, greeted me with warm welcome, and patiently helped me through the process when it was my turn. They did a great job of working as efficiently as possible while still being courteous. I had someone who was new and training, but Lori was actively working the front and back of the store, helping where needed, and providing support. All in all, they could not have been nicer and responsible. Lori and her staff are wonderful!!! read more

This is the worst store out there. In the past 2 months they have lost three of my packages! Their excuse..."we sign for a group of packages but don't know if yours was actually one of them!" BS! If they have lost three of mine alone, how many others have they lost? DO NOT USE!!! read more

Brad, Sophia, Lori and Ariana are always helpful, smiling and greet me with a warm welcome when I come in regularly to pick up mail and packages! They each go beyond the call of duty and as an R.N. I look forward to each visit! Thank you one and all!!! Nurse, Maureen ;-) read more
