    Internal and External customer service is truly a lost art…read more Im a local business owner and I needed to receive a important fax. When I asked the store employee for the number to receive faxes she was unaware that they could do that. Another employee stepped in and informed me that they could receive faxes and directed me to the fax machine. I had the documents faxed. However when the "secure" documents arrived they didn't print out at the machine I was told they would come to. The person that stepped in delivered them to me without a word. I was lost considering I was standing guard by the fax machine he told me it would be at. I then thanked him and addressed the original associate informing them that STAPLES does except faxes as a fyi to her for future reference since the other associate never showed her this way she would be informed and can better assist future customers. The senior employee then stepped in and said to me that I didn't have to talk to her in a "snide" manner. That truly wasn't my intent but it clearly wasn't his intent to train her better so that my customer experience could have been better. Thus is the world me live in. Happy New Year!

    I avoid this UPS STORE at all costs because it's just bad every time. Today I was running short in…read moretime so I popped in thinking whatever I'm doing my own returns at the kiosk anyway. I walked in and there are two teenagers behind the desk, throwing things into the box like it's basketball practice. No one greeted me. I go to the kiosk. I turn and say excuse me this is out of bags. He says there's more behind it. So wrapped up in plastic is another roll of bags that instead of them doing their job proactively I am now unwrapping the plastic roll and sticking it onto the thing. OK not the worst but why are there two people working there when people are doing everything themselves? As I'm doing my returns at the kiosk, they are bantering back-and-forth, and one of them makes a sexually explicit joke about "it won't stay in" that ended in... "That's what she said. " There was no trashcan next to the kiosk for customers to leave the little peels in. Just a terrible experience. Last time it was some drugged out guy in his 20s and now two teenagers making inappropriate comments and not doing anything but possibly damaging boxes behind the counter and looking through their phone chatting about stuff that they are looking at there? Worth driving the extra few minutes to go to Audubon. They are super nice and always accommodating and helpful. Stopped in 2:30pm 6/30/25

    Clerk marked package as delivered and item was not even in the store. Returned over 4 weeks ago but…read morelied and committed fraud by saying delivered. Manager Harshal Mehta acted stupid and blamed it on the computer system. Manager was just as guilty as the clerk with lack of integrity.

One day he may welcome you into the store with a bright 'good morning' while another day he will come over to you and tell you if you stay in the store while working more than 15 minutes, you are loitering!!! The winner I experienced and was when a customer left his credit card information in the copier/printer which I noticed when I went to the printer to print. There was a gentleman speaking with the p u t z manager and I asked him if he was the person who left his credit card information in the printer. Suddenly the p u t z SCREAMED at me that I had interrupted him. There was no explaining to him that the gentleman he was speaking to may have jeopardized his credit card. The gentleman closed out his information from the printer and thanked me. BUT the p u t z manager decided to come over to me after the store was vacant of witnesses and continued to yell at me. I had encountered many such instances with this monster and I simply lost it. I reported this to the president and vice president both of whom are too far up in their golden clouds to give a freakin' care. I say use UPS.

First of all, Matt was great at scheduling, giving an estimate, and answering questions. But since he didn't have anything to do with the actual moving process...I can't really say it mattered. I moved from a one bedroom in west philly to a center city apartment- pretty simple. The guys showed up late ~ 20 minutes late. I met them in the parking lot of my building because they couldnt figure out how to park their MASSIVE moving truck on their own. I came down and they were smoking cigarettes next to their graffiti covered vehicle. It took them at least another 15 minutes to actually park and come up to my apartment...where they realized they forgot the dolly. So they went back to their truck and couldn't find it...because they forgot it. So now we are about 45 minutes past my start time and they begin moving things... My mom and I actually helped them bring boxes to the elevator to bring down because we were already so far behind schedule. The process would have been so much faster if they had not forgotten a dolly, and I would not have felt like I had to help because I was paying for them to carry one box at a time down my hallway. Matt had told me that the crew would be able to give me a ride to the new apartment, and when I asked them they laughed and said "ummm there isn't much room but if you don't mind smoking then fine" I hate smoking...so I got a cab. When I got to my new apartment they arrived more than 20 minutes after me...smoking again. I had asked Matt if I needed to get them a parking permit for my new street because I knew my location was zoned- he said no it was fine. Then of course the crew got a parking ticket and whined about that while they moved my stuff into the new apartment. They chipped the side of my dining room table and snapped the hanging wire on the back of a large piece of wall art. Nothing else was damaged. The whole day sucked. They were unprofessional and unprepared. I really don't enjoy paying people by the hour to smoke cigarettes. I called Matt towards the end of the process to let him know that I was displeased with the service, especially forgetting the dolly since I knew it added a lot of time to my move and required my mom and I to help. He tried to make things better by knocking a little bit off of my bill. But all in all the whole thing was terrible. I would NEVER use skybox again.

The movers were due to come at 3:00pm on Sunday. They called around 2:30pm to say that they were running late, approximately 15-20 minutes late. They eventually came at 4:00pm because there were tons of traffic. I was okay with it because they were straightforward and honest about it. Once they got here, they started moving the furniture that needed to be packed. My friend had an insane amount of furniture, that includes 2 beds, 3 couches, and 918273 drawers. (Okay not really but it felt like that). They were quick, professional, and efficient the whole time. Since they were working hard, and McDonald's was across the street, I grabbed them food and we took a break after loading all the furniture (I know I know, fast food is bad for you but it was across the street!). Once at the new place, I swear they performed a miracle or something. It was an enclosed staircase onto the second floor and whoever built the opening were not thinking straight because it was so damn small. The couches took forever to come up the stairs, and once it did, it took forever to get through the front door. For the third couch, they literally hoisted up over the railings in the front! I was amazed... and scared! They got everything in, the beds, couches, and 918273 drawers set to where we asked them to. They were very nice, very polite. Definitely did a solid job. I'm SO glad that my friend chose them to be his moving company because they definitely did not charge as much as other companies have quoted. But they still did just as good of a job, if not better, than those other companies would. If I had to move, definitely will call these guys! Shout out to Joe's crew !! Oh, and yes the polite thing to do is to tip your movers, don't forget. They work very hard.

    BE AWARE!!! Upon reading the other reviews it's obvious that this company runs a scam. After my…read moremove I received a random charge of $200 on my credit card. When I called to ask about this they told me there was a problem with their system and refunded me. This to me sounds like fraud especially since another reviewer claimed the same thing happened to them. My move was disastrous. One mover was smoking weed, not packing furniture right, leaving pieces left and right. The movers lost all the hardware for my bed frame and I was left with a pile of useless junk. They dented the walls, ceilings, scratched the hardwood floors, and ruined everything single piece of furniture. They also sat around for an extra 2.5 hours after the move was over so that they could charge for overtime. The movers told me that I could just file a claim for the damages and I would get reimbursed. After their 90 day wait period for claims turn around, I was denied of everything. Their quote is also a complete lie. There were multiple fees that were left out of the initial quote, making their final charge 3x more than what I was quoted. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. Edit: The company owner's pitiful response to this post is their way of pretending they care about customer service. Multiple emails and phone calls have been made since with no response from this company. They DO NOT care about their customers experience, only want your money. STAY AWAY. It has been 5 months since my move and issues still never resolved, they've disappeared and ignored me since getting their money.

Your belongings are housed in a open air warehouse (old factory site) hot and humid in summer, freezing cold in winter. Also better hope the crate above yours has no liquids in it. They are stacked sky high one atop another. Lie#2 the extra money you pay to have them load your belongings does NOT make them liable for any damage incurred per their claims dept Lie #3 any insurance purchased through them covers NOTHING!!!!! Its just a money grab. Lie # 4 paying to have them unload your belongings does not mean they are liable either. They liaded my computer atop a pile of other boxes and then had it drop to the ground by accident and somehow they are not responsible for replacing or repairing it! Over 5000 dollars of damage incurred and their claims dept disavows all liability to replace or repair any damaged items. Seriously considering a lawyer! What a bunch of lying thieves!
