I love coming to this Staples, Mrs Rita is amazing always greeting everyone with a smile and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what's going on in the store. The store is organized and everyone is helpful here. Mrs Rita is just exceptional!! Yes, I recommend this Staples!! read more

I went here to print a welcome sign for an event. The employee working was very helpful and took his time to ensure the sign looked great. The sign was pricey but worth it because it looked great. I will definitely go back here for future needs. read more

Order your printer ink from Amazon, don't come here. Got a defective cartridge for a ton of money that doesn't work and they will not refund me. Waste of time and money, thanks for ripping me off. EDIT: Their corporate office offered an exchange! Unfortunately, the store manager didn't even attempt to make any concessions- maybe it is just this location? read more

Small store. Good for the basics but does not have everything. Several times I went in looking for items only to be told it was only stocked in larger stores. Routinely under staffed especially at the register. You will find most of what you need but don't be surprised if you leave empty on certain items read more

Is there anything different about this Staples? I think just one thing. It's located in Manoa Shopping Center and has both front and back entrances. The back entrance has a giant parking lot that is extremely convenient. There is nothing I hate more than fighting a parking hassle when I want something quick. For the convenience alone I like this place. read more

Small store, but had everything I needed. I needed to get some cleaning supplies and school supplies- was able to find everything I needed and even some extras. The cashier was friendly and I didn't have to wait too long. Overall I'm happy with the store! read more

Yes, this store is a bit smaller but has a very large selection of printer ink which is what I was looking for. Service at the counter was polite but not particularly warm. My biggest negative here was the parking lot. It was a busy Saturday and cartways are narrow and entry points are limited. read more

I don't know why I keep giving them a chance . This is the third time I am in here ordering presentations on rush order for presentations the next day. Paid extra for rush pickup all 3 times. First time order # Order Number: 2039697490 Order Date: 3/22/2017 2:43 PM Due Date: 3/22/2017 7:30 PM Status : arrived at 19:45 and was told "my manager said she started that, can you come back tomorrow?" Printed Product Order Number: 2039608994 Order Date: 2/15/2017 4:18 PM Due Date: 2/16/2017 3:30 PM - arrived to find the technician who I dealt with the first time excited to hand me my 6 presentations ready to go. I called and made sure he understood how we needed our presentation bound to customer specifications given what happened the first time I arrived. When I looked inside the box, I was disappointed to find out that the technician didn't know the difference between comb binding and the traditional book binding he had used. Also, the colors didn't match the backing, and they were all black in white when we paid for color. Printed Product Order Number: 2039564786 Order Date: 1/30/2017 11:01 AM Due Date: 1/30/2017 6:30 PM Status: Canceled this wasn't cancelled , this was picked up on 2/1 "free" of charge 3 hours after store opened. Store manager fixed the cluster from the night before but wasn't aware until I called at 8:00 AM to see if presentation was finished like I was promised the night before when it wasn't done by deadline I paid extra for previously . Boiling Point needs to comeback on the air , and Ashton Kutcher, and film at this location. Punk'd. I will be finding an alternative. read more

I continue to give this store business- Copy Center is solid, they have great merchandise, they are conveniently located and there always seems to be a sale but I often leave the store aggravated for a variety of reasons. Having 10 plus employees on shift and only having 1 full-time register is a horrible way of managing staff and meeting customer expectations. Couple this with employees who treat helping customers like a bizarre game of "tag" and take off in another direction when approached is almost comical. Closing off a great trip to Staples is when they realize there is a line and they open additional registers but the "Chip Reader" is not working properly. I went to get paper and a copybook- 2 minutes of shopping, 20 minutes in line is appalling. Oh well, I'll continue to shop there and hope, but I think I have a better chance of a 3 legged horse winning the Derby. read more

My experience with this Staples Store was appaling. From the lack of enthusiam and genuine concern for my company business to the morale of the staff it was a depressing experience to walk in this store. Corporate Staples ~ there is a REAL disconnect in how you are Teaching "Client Service and how "I" as a paying customer feel it in your stores" WOW ~ start over..... These folks act like they are doing you a favor looking after your needs and place ALL responsibility on your satisfaction in STAPLES products on the client's shoulders. AVOID the store at ALL COSTs! You will feel better, receive better service anywhere else and your money will be more appreciated elsewhere.... anywhere....... I normally get my business needs printed at Staples in the city, I went to this location was surprised by no employee greeting me. This includes the manager who was having a great time joking around with some employees, when someone finally came over to the copy center, I was told it would be 5 hours before I could have three color copies printed. I am sure it was a problem that the employee had no power to change, but good for me as a consumer there are plenty of other options to go help with my printing needs. Also tip to the girl at the copy center, if you have to tell a customer "no" you should suggest other places in the area that CAN help me. you might lose a couple bucks that day, but I would be back in the future.... read more

This Staples has improved over the past few years. It is second best in the area. The staff has become much more helpful, the store is large enough to stock what I need, and it is easy to get your purchase to your car if you use the rear door. read more

Came here for the first time with a short list of "hard to find" back to school supplies, after vising two other large chains. I wish I had come here first. The store was organized, well stocked, pricing was competitive and clearly displayed. I was out in 15 minutes with everything I needed, and that included signing up for their membership program at checkout. I came early in the day - not sure how it looks at 5PM. So far very happy with the service. read more

This is the worst Staples I have ever been to and I have been using staples stores from printing and office supplies in various parts of PA for a decade. They are massively understaffed as a result of what must be terrible management. There are always massive lines. They never have print orders done on time or correctly. The staff is rude and spiteful because there aren't enough people to handle the work load. They consistently over charge me and mis-price items in the store. Take the extra 10 minutes and just drive over to the Staples in Springfield like I will from now on. read more

Pretty typical for a Staples except for two things: the double front and back entrance and the lack of computers in the copy center. I tend to frequent Staples to print and scan my grad school homework and I would much rather pay the money to do it myself on a rented computer, but this Staples does not give you that option. The staff is helpful enough that they will print from your flash drive when needed, but again, I would rather handle it on my own. read more

The store itself is great....copy center...not sure much. Even when the printers are not going and no one else is in the store they will tell you how they are busy and can't do your order for a few hours. If you get the right person they will take care of you but most of the time they are rude and not very helpful. read more

Normally I have no problem at Staples/Havertown, Pa. but this time I needed some help in using the D.I.Y. copying area. Nothing to tell you where to go, no instructions to even help you get started. The copy machine I was at was in recycling mode, then it cleared for copying, and when I pressed a copy button, the machine started in recycling mode. Only one person available to help and he was tied up with two other customers. He said he would help me after helping other customers...I could not go to any other machine as they were occupied. Rather than have me stand there and wait he should have called another employee to help me (example the manager). Nothing . I left frustrated and said I would go to another copying center . He said he was sorry , but he did nothing to rectify the situation. Customer Service Rule # 1: NEVER EVER ALLOW A CUSTOMER TO LEAVE TO BUY FROM YOUR COMPETITION. Apparently, a lost sale was not important enough for him to try and rescue. I wonder just how many other sales he has lost with that kind of customer service attitude. read more

Clearly everyone in the area received their school shopping lists today and the lines stretched from one end of the store to the other. Here I was, in need of one thing. Every sales person was calm and helpful, power walking to help the next person with a question. The manager went above and beyond to help me. He was personable and clearly managed his store well. I will be back - - - over and over again! read more

I had 2 unused black inks that I needed to exchange, no receipt, but Steve spent some time to look at my past history,( REWARDS MEMBER), and got the info. Then Beth was able to figure out where I stood for the exchange. It was a return , then a purchase. I was grateful for the crew of Steve, Beth, and Sue. They were phenomenal with their patience and customer satisfaction skills. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!!! read more

Rarely helpful, usually miserable employees. Once in a while you get someone who's a pleasure, but that's if you're lucky. Stay away whenever possible. read more
