There seems to be a big mark-up on shipping pricing here. My guess is it is profits being taken by the owners since most of the complaints about this place revolve around price gouging and poor customer service. I've stopped coming here after being SHOCKED by shipping quotes that are 20-30% more than UPS' own online numbers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These folks are tired, cranky and apparently feel like they don't make enough money for themselves so they are going to charge YOU to make up that difference. read more

How funny! I am writing a review for UPS store. However, we have been regular mailbox customers at this store for 3 years, and I have gotten to know the employees and this franchise owner. They are hard working and always answer the phones. They know you by name, like in the show Cheers. It isn't some faceless constant employee-turnover UPS store. This is a franchise and it is locally owned/operated which makes it a small business. I am not biased when I say this mailbox store operates with the frank efficiency of UPS timeliness and robotic speed but also with the personal touch which is nearly impossible in a fast paced place like this. There are a lot of logistics involved with running a mail store, and people who write the below negative reviews should really try their hand at running their own mailbox store sometime. I love the fact that having a mailbox here is not just PO box but an actual physical address which gives it more usability than a PO box. read more

As a new resident to Post Falls, our visit to this UPS store was great! I had many things to do, and was juggling quite a lot while handling my three boys. Robyn was extremely patient, kind and accommodating!! The store was very clean, bright, spacious, welcoming, and even had a children's area with toys! It was a warm day and the AC was on which made my visit even more pleasant considering I was there for over thirty minuets. Additionally, the store is located in a great location and parking is easily accessible. This UPS location will defiantly be our home base mailing station. Absolutely GREAT customer service! I can't imagine that the 1 negative review on here could be anything other than a dishonest competitor of this business trying some sort of low blow. I have done business with this store for well over a year on a very regular basis. My business has all been business to business transactions and I have been overly demanding with my expectations and timeline requests. I have never been let down or disappointed. Their prices have always been fair, in fact they are lower than the "warehouse" club for my blue print copies. 5 star plus! read more

Dropped off some Christmas caroling music in the morning and when we went to pick it up that evening they said they were to busy. The woman said she couldn't find our paperwork and when she did she was rude. I guess if you're not sending a package your business does not matter. read more

NEVER USE THIS LOCATION.....EVER!!!! I went to this location to drop off a buisness package. I noticed that there was an elderly woman entering the store with two daogs in her hand. I naturally went to hold the door for her. The owner of the location JUMPED over the counter screaming at the top of his lungs that she couldn't bring her dogs in the building. I treid to calm down the owner and inform him that his actions were wrong. He then began to scream at me and tell me that i was the problem. The owner had previously scanned my package. After the altercation he went behind the counter grabbed my package and physically threw the package at me screaming at me that we dont need customers like you here, and ripped my reciept out of my hand. Then told me to get lost. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUISNESS. read more

Horrible service, bad attitude, had a mailbox there for five years, if you don't bring your key it's the end if the world for them to grab your mail. Overpriced as well, I will be going somewhere else. I would suggest you do the same. Update, after switching to the Hayden UPS store (which I highly suggest) I had my mail forwarded, eBay sent me a package to my old address (this location) and instead of forwarding my package they said they "refused it" and shipped it back, because of my "bad review" YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! read more

Not the place to go if you're doing an Amazon return. I took my package there per the Amazon instructions, which said they would pack and ship for free. I got there and they said I had to pay $1 for them to tape the box. Huh? I said no, I'd rather go home and tape it myself than to give them the satisfaction of having me pay a sucker's fee. It's just a nuisance fee that they nickel and dime you with because most people wouldn't want the hassle of having to take it back home to package. I'm different I guess. So I taped it myself, printed the screen from Amazon showing that UPS Store does the packing and shipping for free, and went back. I proceeded to have a discussion about this $1 tape cost and showed them the Amazon printout. They decided to argue with me that Amazon doesn't know, blah blah blah....then said: oh, and this is an oversized box. Who cares and what does that have to do with the return? Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? The proper thing to do when I initially went it would have been to tell me, "we charge $1 to tape the box, but we'll do it for you as a courtesy this time". Nope. So now I'm calling them out on this with a bad review...all over a 10 inch piece of tape. I'll be curious if my package actually makes it to the return department after that rude encounter. read more

I was passing through town and had some prepaid UPS boxes to drop off i had prepared at a nearby hotel. UPS list this place as a drop off site. I went to the UPS Store and the owner refused stating he hardly makes any money with prepaid drop offs. I told him i was in a bind and this was my only option. He took my boxes scanned them and threw them on the ground with disgust. read more

We've been customers here for a few years off and on. Customer service at this Post Falls UPS store is consistently amazing. I'm always greeted when I walk in the door. The staff is always upbeat, helpful and they go above and beyond every time I'm in the store. Today, they were even more amazing than usual. I had dropped off a package and was on to my next stop when my phone rang. It was UPS calling to let me know that I had several boxes. They'd already emailed, FedEx drove up to drop off as I pulled out so I had barely missed my packages. I was able to head back and get my boxes right then instead of getting the email after I was home and having to make a second trip. If you need anything shipping related, I highly recommend this UPS! read more

The employees were great to me, carried my boxes in the store, very helpful and fast workers. The terrible experiences I have had were with the guy who owns the franchise. Exceptionally rude, short tempered and terrible customer orientation. I ignored his terrible short-tempered rude behavior for the first few times. It was almost as if he wanted me and the other customers to leave and not come back. I could not believe he was the owner. Anyway, he eventually invited me to not come back because he did not make money on package drop-offs and he did not have the resources to handle drop offs... I personally witnessed the owner being rude to numerous different customers in the store and on the phone. It is truly incredible that this place is still in business. UPS stores are generally good, but expensive. This location is terrible. read more

I never leave reviews, but felt this needed to be said. I have always had a good experience with this store as the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this was not the case at my second visit at the store today. I had purchased some small gift boxes in the morning thinking they were the correct size. The gal at the counter was very helpful and polite. Unfortunately, I realized that the size was not going to work when I got home. The gift boxes had not been altered or opened at all. I returned to the store later the same day in hopes in returning the items. The man available the second time informed me that they don't accept returned packing items. I told him I did not realize this was a policy of theirs and wished I had known before I had purchased the items. He informed me it was on my receipt. Though this was an annoyance to say the least, as it should be posted in the store so customers are aware prior to purchasing, I grabbed my items and headed towards the door. The man then decided to ensure the entire store heard him say Merry Christmas Mam and he hoped I had a good day in a very insincere and passive aggressive manner as I was trying to leave. This was completely unprofessional and unnecessary as I hadn't argued with him or been nasty in anyway. I just simply decided to leave. It was if he was hoping to pick a fight versus just leaving it be. His actions are a poor reflection on store. read more

DO NOT USE THE PLACE!!! I road my bike there in the summer. I needed some blueprints copied and a fax sent. I waited line 3rd in place. When I got to the counter the owner told the cashier that he would help me when he was finished with the cust he was helping. So I stepped aside, cashier helped the next in line. I waited for the owner to come over to help me but he came to the counter and helped another customer that had just walked in. I interrupted him, told him that I was waiting for him, that I was supposed to be next. He told me to GET OUT of the store and to go the the other mailbox place down the street. I was dumbfounded!! Worst customer service ever! The contents that I had packed and shipped by their store went missing and a UPS claim had to be filed. The store supervisor was anything less than helpful and also made promises that were never delivered. I had to contact corporate UPS just to try and get real answers and help. It was a customer service disaster. I would drive out of my way all the way to Spokane just to avoid using place. Don't mail anything from them unless you like headaches and poor customer service! read more

Been coming here for several years and the people have always been helpful and polite. I came in to do some copying and asked one of the ladies if I could use their white out (or Liquid Paper). She said they did not have any I could use, nor was there any available for sale. I was surprised to hear this, and she started to explain that people come in and steal it. I know that when I go to FedEx/Kinko's they seem to always have bottles of it out by the work areas for people to use, and I thought this place would at least keep one bottle around. I told her that it's unfortunate that small things like this get taken, but that is one of the costs of doing business. Then this bald headed man who, I believe, is the owner/manager comes over to the counter and starts arguing with me and becomes loud and belligerent. He tells me they don't have a large expense account for these kind of things and that I should take my business somewhere else. I just wanted to finish my paperwork and make copies, but he kept on wanting to engage in an argument, and was trying to intimidate me. All I did was simply (and calmly) mention that having these type of items go missing from a store is one of the costs of doing business. Sure, it's a bad thing, it's wrong, but it's a reality. If any pens or paperclips vanish are they not going to replace these items either? I finally grabbed my all of my paperwork and started to head for the door and told the ladies behind the counter why I won't be returning here. Just at this time the man comes out from the back and starts arguing with me again. I'm halfway out the door and I hear him yell "Merry Christmas!" Yeah, he has some real Christmas spirit. I ended up going to Upscale Mail across the street to finish my copying and paperwork. I learned from another customer there that a lot of people will no longer go to this UPS store because they have had similar experiences with the management. read more

I've been coming to this store since 2009 and use the convenient private mail box service. Whenever I need something packed and shipped I definitely bring it in as well, since everything for that is here. I see them on a regular basis to get my mail and after so many years they make me feel welcome each time just like when I first came in. My experience with this ups shipper has been exemplary, could not have been more different that the previous review. I've been shipping with them for about a year and they are always extremely helpful and kind. I've used a few shipper in the CDA/Post Falls area over the years; most of them are ok, but these guys always go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy. They even once kept the store open after normal closing time so i could pick up a package when i was coming back into town late. Great people with a great attitude. read more
