I chose this location for shipping and was very disappointed with my experience. I have both a personal and business account but that apparently doesn't matter. I had my UPS shipping label ready but needed a poly bag. I was told I would have to purchase one so I left as they're free. I cancelled my label and went to USPS instead. You lost my business over a bag that's available for free online in 50 packs.

I moved away from Portland in September 2022 and had this location ship my TV. It arrived broken (see picture) and I have been trying to have the claim resolved since (it is still unresolved as of now, October 2023). I even purchased insurance on this shipment for the amount of the TV. This store owes me $1,811.33. Do not send anything valuable because even if you purchase insurance the owners may simply ghost your claim.

Employees laughing because I had an arm full of deliveries to drop off and they weren't going to open the door.

I could not believe it. The store closes at 7 pm and I arrived at 6:57. I had rushed from work to make this drop off and they wouldn't open the door. I pointed out that it wasn't 7 pm and they refused to let me drop off the packages. I told them I didn't need a receipt or anything else then just drop off. It was heartless and immature to not let a long time customer drop off her boxes. What was worse was they started laughing at my plight. The worst customer service bordering on cruelty.

Excellent customer service, brilliant execution of due diligence, harmoniously managed sales staff This independently owned establishment first got on my radar a few years ago when a close friend and neighbor was given a leg-up after being down on their luck. The owner Sharon, went above and beyond to help them out and put a roof over their head in addition to providing a stable income. My neighbor was raving about how caring and kind the management was and I had to see for myself. The store is very well kept, tidy, organized, well stocked with supplies and abundant kindness. The staff works harmoniously together and is a well-orchestrated demonstration of an effective team. All shipping forms are accurately completed, the products and services offered are very transparent without any surprises. The owner, Sharon, lives in the area and stands behind the stores products and services. She and her staff have forged lasting relationships with the community through due diligence and advocate for those less fortunate. I wish more businesses would put the customer first, the way this store has. I have been bringing all of my UPS packages and oversized mail, through this location even if it is out of my way, in an effort to support this establishment. I always feel at ease when bringing my business here because I know that I will always be satisfied with my purchase. If any issues arise Sharon and her staff, will resolve the concern in a timely manner with a smile. They always have friendly tips such as, "take a photo of that USPS mail label, so that you will be protected." There is an ongoing 'pay it forward fund' to help with the associated cost of tape, for those times when you are in a jam, and forgot to tape up your amazon return box when not making a purchase. Excellent location, highly recommended!

The flyers were printed and delivered to us by 2 pm, THE SAME DAY. The pricing was great, the product turned out perfectly, and the service was so far above and beyond that was literally left speechless. While I know this turnaround isn't typical, it edifies everything that I've heard about Stevens IS. If you need ANYTHING printed, talk with Stevens. They will absolutely take care of you.

They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I would rate the end result with a single star. but I gave them two instead. I'm sorry to post this negative review. I'm glad to know that there are many five star reviews.

When I walked into the store I was greeted right away by an employee who was at the front of the store. She asked what had brought me into the store, and I informed her I needed some resumes printed on some snazzy paper and a folder to schlep them around in. She pointed me to the fixture which contained the folders and led me to an area off to the side so I could select the paper I wanted for my resumes. We laughed over the idea of choosing a blinding fuchsia color for my resume. Unfortunately, most hiring managers are not fun enough to see the joy in this, so I went with some semi-typical greenish-oatmeal whatever color. She quickly grabbed my paper selection and met me over near the printers. Even though the machines were meant to be self-service, and I'm sure I would have been able to figure the process out; she helped me through the whole process. I'm sure this saved me a bit of time. I don't often find myself needing many of the services that this FedEx Print & Ship center offers, but when the need arises, I'll definitely head back to this location.

I came in and saw the printers and made a B line for them. The printing did take forever. You have to send the document to their printer by using a special code that they will email you. And there's a note there that says it takes 5-10 mins for you to receive it. It took all 10 minutes and then some for me to get mine. Which was frustrating because I thought it would be a quick trip. I then had to print, sign, and scan it back to me. Which didn't take a long time but still another small wait. Nobody came and checked on me which is fine but if you like that type of service you may have to go and tap them in the shoulder. It didn't cost much although it did feel a little higher than I remembered. It was about 75 cents or so to print in color and another 70 ish cents to scan it back to myself. Big location. All your shipping needs and more. 10ish spots in their lot. The area has some people experiencing homelessness.

It's definitely worth a visit if you're trying to publish something or you just want to be surrounded by creative work.
