I was kind of flustered today going into UPS...that all changed when I got help from Jesse and Vic. I had to return some work equipment, and they were SO nice! Meeting these 2 instantly put me into a great mood! The customer service was a 10! I was so pleased with them. The store was also very clean, neat, and had an excellent layout! Thank you again, Jesse, and Vic! You made my day! :) read more

I've been using this mailbox service for years and am incredibly happy with the service. The owner and employees are extremely helpful and friendly. They always greet me by name and with a smile. I'm always in and out of there quickly and would highly recommend this over a p.o.box. It is pricier but well worth it. I've had mailbox services at other ups locations and was not as happy with the service. This location the best! read more

I've been going to this store a lot beginning of the year. Staff was always extremely helpful and nice. Owner is there almost always, ready to address and help with anything possible. After few months I went there again, just to send fax and to my surprise they almost doubled the price?! I'm sorry, I just can't go over the fact that they charge $2.21 to fax one page locally (for comparison, it is not more than $1.50 anywhere else). I just don't like that nitpicking and trying to make money on stupid petty stuff. I was making extra effort and going off my way to come and do my business here, and I'm sorry but that won't happen again. read more

After I thought UPS did not have the capability to help me with my issue, Vic was walking by and overheard my conversation as I was leaving and sprang into action! He saved the day and more importantly, all the time I would have spent with this minor task. I really appreciated his out of the box thinking and overall positive attitude! Thank you Vic. read more

Great guys very helpful and obviously have a local group of regulars. I've done a fair amount of business with these guys and wi continue to do so. read more

Maybe it's just me, but I'm completely out of sync with this location. Either it always takes forever, or something strange happens. Tonight, when I missed the UPS driver by 1 minute. I asked the clerk if there was another place I could go, and he called a big UPS spot who said they closed at 6 and there was no way I could make it in time. I left, got in my car and did a quick internet search and found out the airport location was open until 7. Glad I looked, or I would have been on the hook for an $850 phone. Point of the review is, you may have better luck than me, and they have always been friendly, but I won't be back, which is a shame since they are so close to my house. read more

I am always amazed at the service at this location. Every time I go in, I am greeted with a smile and the employees are super enthusiastic about helping me with my shipping needs. Having such a wonderful alternative to the post office in a convenient location is so great! read more

I can't say enough good things about this UPS Store. They are always very friendly and helpful when I come in. I do a lot of online shopping and they gladly ship my returns out. They do not charge me for tape and always give me a receipt. Recently I was running late and I stopped in the store 1 minute before they closed. They were still very happy to assist me and my transaction was fast and smooth. Will always use them for my future shipping needs. read more

I use this store monthly and always receive GREAT service. They are friendly and kind. Very aware of their customers needs.

I've loved doing business with this UPS store for many years now. You get the feeling that there will be no problems with your packages when shipped. The owners are on site 99% of the time and they make it quick and easy to ship or do any other service. Sometimes I walk in with things half done and they act like it's no big deal and finish it up for me. They don't even charge for their tape like another local UPS store does. Anyway always courteous and professional in the services they provide. read more

The staff at this UPS Store are friendly, professional and fast. I've driven by a million times but never went inside. Today I needed a notary so I looked on Yelp to see who is in the neighborhood. Because this store received so many good reviews I decided to give them and try and am so glad I did. From now on I will do all my business here, even though there is another UPS store closer to my house! read more

The staff at this UPS store go above and beyond. Always extremely welcoming. They take care of me every time I need to ship something out and offer a friendly chat in the process. 100x better than going to the post office. read more

$20 for two F@#$%&! FAXES!?!? OUTRAGEOUS RIP OFF. I feel wholly taken advantage of and I'm pissed off. Nobody bothered to warn me of pricing before sending anything. That is an ABSURD price. read more

We've had our biz address at this location for a year now. Their service is great and the staff is friendly. They also always carry out the large packages that we often receive, which I appreciate. If your looking for a Private Mail Box, I recommend them without hesitation. read more

I hardly ever review but I was inspired by such great service from the owner Phong. He was so great doing the notary and being careful to do it right the first time . They do keys too! And notary is $2!! Amazing price and truly a nice guy :) read more

Very friendly and helpful people. I needed to return several things I ordered online from different retailers. After unwittingly showing up a few minutes after closing Victor gladly welcomed me inside and Shannon promptly took care of my urgent needs.

I have gone to this UPS store for years. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. One time I was in and a very senior woman was sending a package. The man helping her was patient and courteous and treated her with utmost respect. It was nice to see him treat an older person with such dignity. They are very good to their customers and if you want a smiling welcome when you walk through the door you won't be disappointed. read more

The hours say that this store opens at 7:30. It is now 8 o'clock and still the gates are all locked up and lights are off. I called their phone number and I got an answering machine. They should change their posted hours or make sure they have employees that come in on time. read more

We have been using this store for over 5 years. They are great at service. Vic is always an engaging and fun to talk with. He takes the pain out of spending money to ship things. I look forward to visiting the store, and I can't say that about most businesses I visit. read more

I'm a graduate student and found myself without a printer. I know, that's terrible isn't it? I needed to read a 27 page article from online, and I can't stand screen reading. So I looked to find a place to have it printed. I was stunned when UPS said it would only cost me $2.43 or so AND they would have it ready the next day for no additional charge. Staples always charges $5 extra if you want it the next day. So I uploaded the document, paid, and then went to bed. I called the next morning and the woman who answered the phone told me they didn't see it, but located the order a few seconds later. Maybe 5 minutes after we hung up, she called me and left a voicemail that it was ready to pick up. It was perfect because I ride the bus and had to go to Glendale to catch my connecting bus to go to work, so I was able to pick it up between buses. They got me in and out of there in just a couple minutes, and were so sweet. Nothing was wrong with my order and it was perfect. UPS is my new source for printing! read more

I had 50+ items to ship (artwork, fragile glass items, etc.), which I knew was going to take up a lot of time. I've had issues with other UPS stores, usually employees and owners who just don't care or are very rude. So I did a lot of research on Yelp and came across all of the great reviews on this store and I have to say I was very impressed. Vic and Dong are very friendly, helpful and genuinely care about getting things shipped safely. I ended up being in the store for over 2 hours, which I anticipated. Dong spent a lot of time calculating and measuring, making sure everything would be packed correctly and safely. All while going back and forth between my shipment and waiting on other customers as they came and went. (Which I didn't mind, because I knew I was taking up a lot of their time.) This store isn't the closest one to me, but I will go out of my way to patronize this store, any time I need these services. Thank you Dong and Vic for your outstanding customer service! read more
