I will say they get it done but they are RUDE! All of my friends and family call this "the mean UPS" when referring to having to go to this one. We kinda dread it and usually drive out of our way to the other one. The "nice people UPS" is over on White Bridge by the Trader Joe's. The people at "the mean UPS" do not want to help you, roll their eyes, are sarcastic and give you attitude and only want you to use the kiosk..... if you own this UPS or manage it, I highly suggest you go in there and train your employees with some better customer service practices. read more

You should see all the negative comments on the next-door app about the people who work at the hwy 70 UPS. I had three employees give me a hard time. They don't seem to realize what they're being paid for; they are more interested in standing around watching the customers struggle with stuff, or being sarcastic to make eachother laugh if you have a question. The only helpful person there I have encountered was an Asian person who was very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. One of the three guys I had a problem with (Chris) said he was a manager (they were being so unhelpful. I had actually asked to speak to a manager). Apparently they are still working there cause people are still complaining about the '3 guys' on the next door app. I live a block from the hwy 70 location but now mostly go to the one on Highway 100. I give zero stars. The attendants mixed up my labels and returned my products to the wrong vendors. I needed to send a label to the vendor for the mistake and get my product returned so I can send them out correctly and was quoted $75 online. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Chris, to confirm the price. He did confirm the price and after I explained to him the mix up the attendants made he offered no resolution and explained it was my error. I got the label from FedEx for $12. Worst Experience Ever. Tried to ship a package internationally and the customs process was never explained at all. I was recently told by someone from the store (after I received the package back) that someone from "customs" was supposed to call me and ask me for payment? Seriously? I would never answer a call from a number I do not know, nor did I receive a text asking for more payment. This was not handled or discussed up from when I visited the store to ship the package? Why was this not explained to me. Now the package has been returned to me, and I am being told that I am out $121 USD. Total unprofessionalism. BEWARE when you choose to ship there. I never write negative reviews or leave negative reports with management, but I can't help myself here. I have been in this store twice in the last couple of weeks and I was met with rolled eyes, grunts, mumbles, and pure hatred by both girls I dealt with. I was also given astronomical prices as the "cheapest" option. I ended up shipping my item at the high price today (which was $25 less than the last time I was in there), simply to avoid walking back into that store again and being treated like the burden I clearly was. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient store for me locationally and I cannot go out of my way with a busy schedule to ensure the staff members don't have to lift a finger or be annoyed by my "please" and "thank you" treatment of them. I use this UPS store most of the time. I went in there this past Wednesday not knowing the time. The door was open, I went in with my package and the young white chick replied we are closed, do you have a QR code for your package. I replied yes she said well were closed. I looked at the time it was 7:02pm and it takes less than a minute to scan the code. I left the package and told her I will come back she could care less. She had no idea what I was experiencing that day. I went back the package was there and it took the guy less then a second to scan the code. I thought to myself what have she been through in her life to be so cold. I pray that God help her to be a better person. read more

I've been to this store several times with Amazon returns. I'm in there at least once a week for about the past 3 months. In general, I've had friendly helpful people. But there is one guy with red curly hair who has a serious attitude problem. The last time I was in and had him "help" me, he said he couldn't throw out the small cardboard box I had brought in with me and I would have to take it back out of the store and throw it out myself. And I was thinking, ok.... Well, I went back there today with some returns, and Mr Passive Aggressive himself "helped" me again. This time I had three separate small items. Rather than scanning each of the three codes one after the other, he scanned in each one individually and then made me wait while he repacked them in a plastic bag, taped them up, labeled them, and put them up on another counter to be returned. This was repeated for the second item, and then the third item. So while I stood there and watched him packing up my individual items and waiting for him to scan in each one, I was thinking about this review that I would be writing. Again, I had a small cardboard box, 12 inches square by 1 in deep, that he took one of the items out of and propped against the side of the counter. When he finally finished scanning in my items and I turn to leave, he told me the box was mine and to take it with me. I would like everyone to know that if they get him when they go in that store, just tell them you want someone else to wait on you. I have never had that experience before and by this time I have returned hundreds of items at UPS stores over the years. I'll be calling the manager and having a little chat with him or her to see what's going with that employee. read more

Do not use this UPS Store location. I went in today with two packages that were boxed but not taped. I was told I could only have one piece of packaging tape. Really, I asked? The not very polite response was yes just one piece of tape. I didn't realize packing tape so expensive. Needless to say I left and went to another UPS store and asked about the "one piece of tape policy". That UPS store told me that they had no idea what I was talking about and said that they could use as much tape as needed to package my boxes. Don't bother going to this UPS store. My fiancé and I went there today to get our passport photos made, print and fill out passport renewal applications on their computer, and ship everything off to get our new passports. Josh helped us every step of the way, was incredibly thoughtful and careful about every little thing, and was so friendly throughout the entire experience. I was at your store on I-70 in Nashville. Not one employee had a mask on to help prevent Covid. It's reckless and dangerous for both your employees and customers. I was told that the employees have masks, they simply were not wearing them. I attempted to call both the store to discuss with the manager and corporate office to discuss my concern with no luck. I would have walked out except all Xfinity/ Comcast equipment must be returned to UPS locations since their locations are closed due to dangers of Covid. Update... I called the manager at the location. She explained that they provide masks to employees but are not required to make them wear them. I will no longer be doing business at that location. Nashville currently requires masks in government buildings and for employees of businesses who interact with customers. Businesses are also required to post signage encouraging people to wear masks. read more

I dropped off two packages at this location and they were never scanned or delivered which can only mean that they were stolen! When I went to inquire about what happened to my packages and where they could be I was laughed at and told that there was No way that a package would be dropped off and not scanned and that I must have been mistaken about dropping off my packages. They still have not been scanned or delivered. They were stolen by someone who works at this location. I dropped them off on Tues July 7 around 3:30/4:00 in the afternoon and they were NEVER scanned!!!!!!!! read more

The service is quick and friendly. It wasn't busy at all so I didn't have to wait which is nice. I came here to return my ATT uverse equipment. I also had a book I needed to ship and thought I'd kill 2 birds with 1 stone so I didn't have to go to the post office. It cost over $6 to media mail ship a small paperback book I had sold on half.com for $7, so I pretty much broke even. The clerk told me those were the rates usps gives them and that there was nothing she could do about it. (It's usually about $2.75 at usps.) Go here for large packages, notary, printing, etc., but make sure you stick to the post office for smaller items that need to be shipped. read more

Fellow internet shoppers and frequent shippers, DO NOT GO HERE. I am a practicing attorney who frequently ships items for business and to make returns on purchased goods as I primarily shop online. Similarly to another customer review, my package "was never scanned by the driver". This is the convenient excuse by the manager who is not in any way customer friendly and borderline disrespectful when I called after a valuable package we shipped back to the vendor 3 weeks prior had not arrived at the store. Not only did it not arrive, the vendor (Net-a-Porter) could see that the pre-paid label had never been scanned as accepted by UPS. The same information was given to me after speaking with UPS customer care. So apparently my package containing over $1000 of designer clothing just disappeared and according to the electronic record - the only record whatsoever - it never left the store. Furthermore, it is not good business to tell customers that you are busy and they should leave the package with you and you'll "take care of it" without giving a receipt to the customer. This is exactly what occurred when my assistant dropped it off and now the package has disappeared into thin air. I have never had this experience at any UPS store and am currently researching my legal options to find an appropriate remedy. read more

I was in the store last Saturday and despite it being a busy day the new manager (I believe Jason was his name) was so welcoming and friendly to everyone waiting. One customer was being extremely rude over a passport, but Jason remained calm and friendly and that's a definite improvement over other staff that has been here in the past! I'm sorry I don't recall her name but the larger female that works there obviously hates her job and dealing with customers. I try to avoid going when she is working. I sent a UPS envelope overnight, which was outrageously expensive. But was necessary for work. The envelope never arrived and has not been found by UPS. The tracking information says the label was printed but the package never went anywhere. The UPS store said that the package was picked up but the driver must not have scanned it. UPS main number confirmed that a label was printed but the package was not picked up so must still be in the store. The two people I spoke to at the UPS store were not very helpful or really very interested in finding the package. I will never use the services of this store again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else. read more

I visited this company for Notary Services back in 2002. The service was fast and courteous, the price excellent: $5. Today (2014) I needed proof of that 2002 notary service. Since 2002 the name may have changed from Mailboxes to UPS but the ownership is the same. We called to the store, the staff quickly connected us to the owner who invited us in.
