Wanted to charge me 12.50 for a 20 inch box they said I had to have in order to return my amazon package. Ridiculous.

The worker in this photo was the rudest not only UPS worker, but worker I have ever come across. She was very unhelpful and treated me as though I was stupid when her card machine was not working. She also provided a stern attitude upon arrival as well as her coworker. She was upset when I asked her to restate what she had previously said. Well apparently I'm not alone. The clerk in Emilykates review (see her pic) is so bad for your business. Ive used the Fincher farms ups location for years. NOMORE! I even tried again a few times thinking maybe she having a bad day, even week. Came back again and again and it's the same. She speaks down to customers, very abrupt, acts as though she doesn't want to wait on anyone. Life's too short to deal with a miserable person. Was very disappointed at the attitude of the two employees. One talked and talked to a customer about things like their children's school while four people stood in line. The person who waited on me was absolutely miserable, as if I was bothering them. I had a simple fax. I'll likely find another place for my mailing/ shipping/ fax needs. read more

Whoever hired Thomas turned this store around! I've never been SO HAPPY after a leaving a UPS store as I did today. This is my home UPS and I visit frequently. Today was the first day I left with a HUGE smile. Thomas was so personable, compassionate and helpful. He was able to explain a new process for Amazon returns WITHOUT being condescending or "doing it because the boss told me to." He also took one look at my situation and knew that I was in need of some help! LOL. The last two weeks have been horrible in that both parents went into hospitals and we experienced multiple crippling diagnosis. I've barley had time to brush my hair and one more "sorry I can't help you" would probably make me explode in tears. Thomas stepped up today and said "LET ME HELP YOU." Horrible. Zero stars. I arrived both times with everything in order. On both occasions, I watched the manager (owner?) rushing people and snatching packages from the hands of customers ahead of me. I move fast, but this guy treated me like I was wasting his time. When he realized I needed a piece of tape to finish sealing the box, he said he charges for that. One piece of tape! Wow. I reminded him that I didn't need to provide the box, according to Amazon. He was absolutely RUDE to an elderly couple. Between the inconvenient hours and terrible customer service, it almost seems this location is trying to lose business and close permanently. I'll drive out of my way every time to use another shipping service. I strongly suggest you do the same. read more

Not helpful and not an "official ups store" would not let me return packages and their systems are often down.

So, I had a couple Amazon returns. I'm sure they don't love these, and neither do I, but here we are. One of which was oversized, but lightweight (foam). Anyway they were neatly wrapped in the boxes that they were shipped to me in, but it was on the same order, so it could only get one label. Because I had 2 boxes,exactly how they were shipped to me, I was told they could not take the return. I asked her if we could just tape the boxes together and was told, "we can't do that because they go down a conveyer." The associate had zero willingness to try and find a solution, other than me dragging my 3 kids back across town to put both packages in 1 box and return, so I did my other returns and left. When I returned I was helped by another associate, whom was clearly not happy with life either, and I just asked out of curiosity if they were able to print 2 labels for a return, and was told that was not possible. I thought that was weird because I'm able to do that from the ups app on my phone. I used to do shipping and receiving when I was a kid in the late nineties, and you could split an oversized order in 2 boxes quite easily. The shipment would still have the same order number, but one label would have 1of 1, the other 1 of 2, or as many boxes as you needed. This was in the 90's, so I feel like they just didn't want to help resolve this simple issue, or they are not trained. I'm interested to see if this is a policy? Either way, a lot of time wasted along with gas and carbon footprint. I will try my best to avoid this location, and if I ever have another return, I'll return it to Whole Foods. They are always pleasant. read more

Terrible experience. Dropping off an amazon return and the employees couldn't figure out how to print the receipt for my package. What kind of UPS store can't provide receipts for packages?? Employees were unhelpful until I asked them to write a handwritten receipt. Then they suddenly said I could take a picture with my phone of their screen. But wanted something printed. Eventually they took a pic themselves, emailed it to them and then printed the screenshot for me. read more

Absolutely horrible to deal with. Do not use period. They do not know how to pack items and they drag you filing a claim only to be denied. CS has gone done hill and especially here. Go to another store or in fact don't use UPS period. read more

Service has been generally good for dropping off packages. However, I recently had working copies made of class artwork and the results were too dark and misaligned. That was not the real problem bc honest mistakes happen. Problem: they expected me to pay for redos. Also, I emailed the manager/owner per the info the store staff gave me - and have not heard a peep from him or anyone else. Upshot: they did me a favor bc Staples does a far superior job for less, corrects their errors for free, and they are a UPS drop off too! read more

Never had a problem here-once you're in there system they save your address as well as regulars you ship too. Fast in and out, always clean efficient. Packing is expensive, but everything's is thoroughly cushioned. If cost is a factor, just pack your own boxes and ship easily. Parking lot by Siskey Y. read more

I typically never write reviews, but the service that was provided by this store moved me enough to write one. From my initial call into the store to ask if they provided printing and notary services to my experience in the store specifically Ally was tremendous. I was met on the phone with a nice and friendly voice that provided me answers that I was look for along with additional information that I wasn't even thinking about for example the location of the store. When I arrived, Ally met me with a friendly hello and how could she assist me. She even went on to provide small chat that included my newborn baby which was much appreciated. This place is awesome. I have been a mailbox client here for years. It didn't take long before the staff knew me by name. I never even bring my box key into the store because the staff greets me as I walk in with my mail and a friendly smile. Where can I began. I have been to this location a few time because it only 3 min from my house. I needed to return a item that I purchased online. I was excited that I made it to the location before they closed. I ask the guy that was there if I can print my label for my package. He was said sure no problem just email to me and I will print it off. He had me send it to him and he print it off. The package that I was returning had free return shipment so I was set to go. Then the guy cashier said that will be $3.50 . I thought at first maybe I missed a deadline for the package. He never told me what I was paying for. Then I ask him isn't my return package a free return. He said I'm not sure. Then I ask what is the $3.50 charge for? He said for the EMAIL and PRINT. I said wow it cause $3.50 to print one page . He said no it's $3.00 for a email and .50 to print. The biggest problem that I have with this matter that he didn't inform me that he was charging me $3.00 to email him. I would have never paid that much when I stay 3min away. Every UPS store I have ever visit the cashier always advise if something cost a fee. The way he offer the service as if it was normal to email the label. No big deal. Well its a big deal to me. I definitely would expect to pay to print something but to never pay to send a email. Maybe this employee was new and didn't know how to advise customer when a action has a cost attached to it. I expect better customer from this location. Dropped by to send an envelope to the Bahamas, they said they could send USPS International Priority, would be there in 6 to 10 days. It has been 12 days, so I called to check what was going on. Also asked why they charged over 100% mark-up for USPS rates (which I thought were being sold at same rate as post office) They told me it was for convenience. But when I asked to help me with my package, they said that I should call the post office, that they could not help. Charging this kind of a mark-up is a clear rip off. I will not do business with people like that and suggest that you avoid these guys. Also the girl originally said price was forty something, and ended up being $69.00 and then they jacked me $2.00 to put in their envelope. read more
