Been to a this UPS store a number of times. Today (5/4/26) at approximately 9:30 a.m. I went in to…read moredrop off an Amazon return. That went smoothly. However after the return I briefly sat down while I sorted out the next address to punch in my GPS before I took off on my motorbike. Literally within 30 seconds the middle aged black lady (mom to another nice female employee there) there was asking me if I needed something. I said no thank you that I was fine. Another 30 seconds to a minute after that she said that if I had no other business there that I had to leave because "this is a place of business". I was COMPLETELY surprised to hear this considering I had just done business there literally no more than a minute (or maximum two minutes prior. I told her she didn't have to be like this to a customer who had just been there on official business. I wasn't loitering, I was just punching a few buttons on my phone and I'd be on my way. This lady totally soured my morning and well needless to say I won't be visiting there any longer. There was no need to be unpleasant like that.

There are quite a few that work and because of Amazon's free returns, quite a few that don't. It all balances in the end. With a handful of boxes and a bunch of QR codes, I stopped in here. The clerks were pleasant, appreciative of the business and organized in ensuring that everything got scanned and now I have a receipt. A little while later, my wife and I each had our Amazon credits. Super easy! This UPS Store is easy to access and they have dedicated parking. They also have all the other stuff you need for packing and shipping and printing and copying. It was active but not too busy. The young lady knew who I was when I came in. I emailed my documents and they confirmed receipt and got the work done in real time. I didn't have to come back in hours or the next day which was great. I needed boundaries documents so I was glad to get in. I would use this location again if in the area. I live a distance from here but it was convenient based on my location at the time. I actually called about to office supply places and they were all far away or out of the way.
