I am pretty frustrated with the printing services here. I was in the store 8 times in the last week…read moretrying to get a simple enlargement of a quilting block pattern. The first time I went to get a sample printed I was so excited. Thomas knew what I was saying and printed it perfectly. So I ordered additional printouts of the exact same thing and a few of the same thing, but mirror imaged. That order has never been printed properly. I know it's possible, since Thomas did it, but everyone else hasn't been able to manage it. I finally thought it was done properly, but when I got it home and measured it with my quilting tools, they are still wrong. They are also pixelated and funky, even though the sample I had printed was perfect. I don't understand how a simple 200% enlargement could be so difficult. I know it's possible. And I know their machines can do it. But going back to try to explain it and get it fixed AGAIN simply isn't worth the frustration. I would love a refund, but I am too annoyed at this point to even go in the store. I will be going to the local, family owned print shop on Monday. Hopefully they will be able to help me.

I simply asked why I wasn't told that in the first place. Very poor communication with no accountability. The manager wanted to blame the girl at the counter. I told him that it is his job to train his help and not the girl's fault.

There is much to be said about the professionalism that I can attest to and experience(d) and again with Signarama. I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years (except for my misguided field trip), and what happened was this: One of my business emails that was detailed, wound up in their spam box. They (Signarama) were moving at the time, and I wrongly LEAPED to conclusions. In doing so, I went online....very hastily and what I received for my first wrap was an extreme dysfunctional "poor customer servicing experience" and an end product that was misprinted on more than one side. Costly in terms of money and all the wasted time. Money is replaceable but time is not. Why I give Signarama 5 stars (should be higher...if I could) because of a multitude of reasons. I had received the product from Singapore but the return had to go to Slovakia! Bizarre! I brought the return to Ship Southington and they did the research and determined that my $53 purchase would cost as much as $80 to mail back. They made it clear to me that it made no sense to do this and I appreciated their efforts and guidance. They didn't charge me. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
