I am pretty frustrated with the printing services here. I was in the store 8 times in the last week…read moretrying to get a simple enlargement of a quilting block pattern. The first time I went to get a sample printed I was so excited. Thomas knew what I was saying and printed it perfectly. So I ordered additional printouts of the exact same thing and a few of the same thing, but mirror imaged. That order has never been printed properly. I know it's possible, since Thomas did it, but everyone else hasn't been able to manage it. I finally thought it was done properly, but when I got it home and measured it with my quilting tools, they are still wrong. They are also pixelated and funky, even though the sample I had printed was perfect. I don't understand how a simple 200% enlargement could be so difficult. I know it's possible. And I know their machines can do it. But going back to try to explain it and get it fixed AGAIN simply isn't worth the frustration. I would love a refund, but I am too annoyed at this point to even go in the store. I will be going to the local, family owned print shop on Monday. Hopefully they will be able to help me.

Nathan and Christian got these extra-tall bookcases down a curving flight of stairs, around tight corners in a narrow hallway, through the doorways and into their places without putting a scratch on either the bookcases or the walls. I was fortunate enough to encounter Cliff who is the Territory Manager and he and his team there really went out of their way to help me get my POD removed from my old property and delivered to my new property in the same day as he promised. He assigned his BEST driver to do the job and he was great as well! Cliff and his team were FABULOUS! Now on the other hand the corporate team sucked it. Basically said it was my fault that the Pod was not delivered when I wanted it and that they could do nothing for me AT ALL! If I had not actually gone to the POD location I would still be waiting for my POD another 2 days. This is a logistics company for the most part and they really were terrible at it. They were willing to go out of their way 250 miles (waste of time, money and gas!) and make me wait over 7 days AFTER I moved in. Again, Cliff made it all happen and he really was positive about the company and was sympathetic to my problem with out blaming me!
