I took a Ring.com return to this UPS Store, in the box and packaged as I received it. But this UPS Store wanted to charge me $2.00 for 5 inches of tape. I'd rather drive it to West Springfield. Go in- this afternoon being cut off by an NOC with hair issues,get to the attendant told my package needs a pc code,go to provide it on cell,left in vehicle. That wasn't the issue. The lady who sat on the phone while the store filled to capacity at 230pm (because who works apparently) and she remained on the phone with *tech issues* leaving one attendant sneezing her way thru Karen's who seemingly make their living buying and returning. read more

I wish there could be at least one other UPS store competes with this one. While this is the only one in this area-western Massachusetts, unfortunately. I had never used it's service until middle of 2023 due to receiver's preference. The lady clerk seems had bias that when she knew I went to their store for the first time. Actually, I've been in this area for 10+ years and lived the other side of the street. She insisted to leave my two brand new iPhone 14 plus with no packed in the back. She said two phones will be delivered early next morning. While I was doubting if some people will play that two brand new phones, and asked her if she can pack two phones but not leave them out there. At that moment, the delivery guy was loading all the packages. The lady clerk really unreluctantly packed my phones after I doubted if people will play that two phones in the night and repeatedly asked her to pack them for a few times. Later, my two phones package was successfully loaded to the delivery truck on time. But, I would say: if I didn't doubt what would happen after she left my phones out there in the back, asked her to pack two phones in package, and checked the phones package until it's loaded to the delivery track, I don't know what would happen to those two phones. Will them get played by some unknown people, including that lady clerk?? for free?? That'd be too bad. For many years no competition, the store may be running with bias when store clerk knew that I was the first time there. But, actually I'm a 10+ yrs local resident. And, that bias was so obviously. PLus, for mailing any package through UPS services, a full personal profile would be put into their system. Including full name, address, phone number, driver's license number, DOB, and more. If the system isn't secure enough, and/or any clerk isn't keeping personal info well (will some of them do what they want?? like that lady clerk??), Identity Theft would occur. read more

If I could give this store a negative 5, I would do so. I had to return something from Amazon to the UPS Store in Chicopee, MA store and I dreaded going there. I went once before and I had a bad experience, but I did not leave a review then. Well, now I hope to never go to this store again. Last night, I went to return something from Amazon and the box was not taped shut. They told me they would have to charge me to tape the box shut. I said no and I would return the next morning with the box taped shut. I returned this morning with the box taped shut and then they told me that since it was not in the original Amazon box, I might not receive the full refund. Why didn't the person tell me this last night? This morning, the person offered to sell me a package to return the product to Amazon. Does this store only exist to charge people extra things to do business with Amazon? I have never had any problems with returning items to the Whole Foods in Hadley, MA, so it is definitely a problem with this store. read more

I wish this had an option for negative zeros! Customer service is beyond horrendous! Charged me $1 for 2 pieces of tape.... then the guy working (closing shift on 10/30) started to be smart with me saying "if you read the directions..." and then the lady said put your mask on... Yet they both took both their masks off before I even walked out of the building. Insane! read more

It would be great if employees wore masks. We're less than 12 inches from them to pay and put packages on scale. Have had 2 different employees not wearing masks. One day I didn't go inside. There were 4 customers in a maybe 12' space . The door is always filled with fingerprints. Really too bad. read more

A reasonable level of service for shipping our packages. The UPS Store's main failing occurs at dusk. It's PITCH DARK outside in their parking area! I've seen a number of close calls, as many customers are in a hurry. I've even almost have been hit by accident. This is a PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE. Installing some lighting would be a very prudent investment and worth another star! The time has come to show customers that you are concerned about their well-being and safety. read more

Twice I dropped items off to be returned, one to Sprint, the other to Amazon and both items were not shipped immediately and when asking about why the items where still not received by the recipients I got every excuse in the book witch were all lies. One of the items cost me $500! I will drive the extra time and miles to go to the West Springfield store! read more

The store charged me $2 for printing a UPS shipping label. What a ripoff for a sheet of paper! I remember the good old days when UPS delivered on customer experience. Can't believe they nickel and dime you for everything.... read more

My Beef is with the UPS delivery in W Springfield i was waiting for a guitar package saw the truck on my street then left 0 minutes later got an alert the package was delivered which i didn't receive i argued with Customer Service who said the truck driver insisted he delivered it so i went through the neighborhood and found it behind my next door neighbors back porch such unprofessional idiots not to check the address read more

I have used their shipping services at least 20 times in the past 8 years. I ship things to Arizona by UPS mostly. Regularly, I pack myself, but there have been times that we've needed an unusual item sent that they have created a package for us. Not once did we receive bad service! Yes, UPS SHIPPING is expensive, but I think it beats the POst office,.....that's where I've had issues. I'm heading there today to ship another box. And I have a delivery that required signature when we were not home....it's there for me to pickup. So glad it's not far from our home, very convenient. read more

Please believe me when I tell you, do NOT bring your packages here..packages are not scanned..they will ask you if you want a receipt or not..shouldn't that be mandatory? Again, if you want your packages to be delivered and not stolen, take it to the actual UPS in West Springfield, or another reputable UPS Store..Employees at this store are not willing to help you at all..I would rate this with ZERO stars if I could. read more

Don't order any printing services from this store! Paid for 1 day service, went to pick them up 4 days later, not printed, employee (18 year old girl) rude as could be. NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself time, money and the headache...go to USPS. This location is owned by a franchise owner so you have zero support or backing from corporate when an issue occurs. I've been waiting over a week to here back from management regarding a military package that I shipped that they held onto in the store for two entire days before shipping and when I paid over $60. It's sad that this store is so poorly run and when the package was specifically stated it was going to a military base (the address is an APO so dead give away as well) that it wasn't treated with better care. read more
