Lazy. Cant say anything else. Ordered an iphone through amazon that was supposed to be here today. Paid for the fast shipping. Said it was out for delivery today. Nope. Waited all day, nothing. Delayed until tomorrow. Try to call them borrowing a friends phone, they aren't open, ZERO customer service on the weekends. Nobody to call so i can simply schedule a pick up because im not far, i used to work there!!! Cant call until monday... but guess what? Monday is a holiday, MLK day and they wont be delivering anything or taking any calls on monday either !!!! WTAF UPS YPU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE. I was really struggling as I just got out of the hospital. I had codes two jeans were the same I asked for help, in tears and the woman with medium brown hair laughed at me. it takes a big person to laugh at a crying woman who was just asking for help. They were "cruel" please go somewhere else no humanity or professionalism here. Ypu ladies should be ashamed of yourselves. This place needs to be shut down! I am moving to Springfield from San Diego CA, and after being in town for about an hour we found out that we can't close on our house without a document being notarized. I called and even though I didn't have an appointment the notary could tell I was stressed and asked if it was an emergency. I told her my situation and even though it was after notary-hours she told us to come on over. We then had issue getting the document needed to be emailed and print but she was very patient and told us not to worry and take the time we needed. She printed the document when we finally received it, notarized it and overnighted it for us. The notary went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more grateful!! read more

I ship a lot of stuff - very fragile ceramics. UPS handles 75 to 100 boxes a year for me. We have a great record together, with very little breakage. This outlet in particular has been very helpful, especially when I bring in a large number of boxes at once. I drove past two other UPS stores to use this one on Riverdale Avenue. They are the best! read more

This UPS store is right off of Riverdale Rd. It has its own parking lot, so you can get off and on Riverdale Rd really easy. It is also really close to the movie theaters, dunkin donuts and CVS. Across the streets are more shops. I really don't mind this location. I was dropping off a return, which I always like to have the return receipt. You never know what is going to happen. The clerk was extremely fast, did not waste any of my time. She even gave me the receipt before she taped it up. I will definitely use the UPS store again! read more

In response to the comment from the local UPS store. I called several times, over several days. I also left several messages and no one has bothered to return my call. The clerk was very rude. She acted like I was sending my package to outer space and it was just going to Utah. i.e. that is about as far as we can send anything (with attitude). She totally inflated the price of the package. First she quoted me $70 for the shipping and then it ended up costing more than $90. I send packages through the UPS system often from Utah to Virginia that weigh more than my package did and pay much less. The most I have ever paid was $55. She acted like I was a bother rather than a paying customer and that she had me over a barrel. read more

Went to UPS Store #6056. Presented to employee ( manager ) a valid prepaid shipping label. Presented items to be shipped. Employee said the items needed to be boxed. I had no box. The last two Amazon returns I had required no box. Employee removed items from store and placed them on the sidewalk in front of the business. After I called a few hours later to inquire about the items, The employee said "don't know". Items were gone. Filed a police report. Not good. read more

waited all day for a part to reassemble a motor, 4 hours before delivery, time changed to three days later. The package locator indicated it was out for delivery. Stuff happens, I get it, so I call the customer service line to see whats up. I had a terrible experience here and feel nothing was done to make up for all the trouble I had. I opened a mailbox at this store in September. The counter workers could not answer questions and gave me the wrong address. I registered this mailbox to receive my mail and lost everything!! My mail was returned for weeks, 4-5 weeks..all the while I was asking why I was not receiving my mail and they told me I just wasn't receiving any mail there. The mail was left out openly on a front counter for anyone walking by to pick up. I complained and was told it was my problem for weeks; then finally narrowed it down to the UPS Store GIVING ME THE WRONG ADDRESS! ALL MY MAIL WAS RETURNED!!! I lost my health insurance, court documents were returned and one of my paychecks was never recovered. I recommend highly against this place. The store manager gave me three months credit for the mailbox, but given what I went through, that's nothing. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer. read more

Really Bad Service, they stole my package and never shipped blamed it on USPS, when in fact they never gave it to the mail man and USPS doesn't have a record of picking it up from them. I don't think it even deserves ONE star. I would seriously consider not shipping through this hub. Their drivers are incompetent and lazy. I was home every time to receive my packages and they couldn't bother to ring the doorbell, they just kept leaving notices. I called and went the west Springfield store, went under ups.com, even called the corporate number to ensure I received my packages and every time their drivers came they couldn't bother to ring the bell. I did everything I could on my part. I never received any of my baby shower gifts from my family members. I will never, ever use this store again. I even talked to the store manager and the other 3 co managers (don't know their titles) and they were no help. They were unsympathetic and rude. They brushed me off like I was a piece of dirt. Don't ever use this hub. Their drivers and managers are incompetent, rude, lazy, and they don't have to answer to anyone.
