To quote Julia Roberts "Big Mistake, Huge" As I'm standing at the desk waiting for my long awaited order I see this sign on sir speedys wall "70% of buying decision are based on how the customer feels they are being treated" and it sits right above where Tracy the customer service rep sits WOW!! It's an all brick, fairly large building, with a decent amount of parking spaces. The inside shows its age, but as long as the job is done, it doesn't matter. There were no customers waiting when I arrived. They had me fill out a customs form for my package, in the minute it took me to fill it out the line extended by two. Thankfully the wait was short. The two ladies working were pleasant enough, but I could tell, they'd rather be doing other things on this Saturday morning. Should you need to purchase packaging materials, tape, stamps, or greeting cards you can find them at this post office. They provided me with the tracking number, which I have shared with the recipient. This is a nice post office in town, that will satisfy your shipping needs.

Part of the item arrived broken, which made the set worthless. I contacted PakMail numerous times by phone, email & in person about reimbursement for the item & the cost of packaging & shipping. They refused to pay me for the item until I signed a release for all other claims. After receiving the payment for the value of the item, I was told they would not reimburse the cost of packaging & shipping. Their reason was that I didn't purchase separate insurance to cover this cost. During the 45 minutes I was in the store completing the transaction no one ever explained that these costs were not covered by the insurance I had already purchased, nor was I offered the option to purchase this additional insurance. Unfortunately, I now have no recourse to collect the $388. I will never use this store again for any shipping or other needs. FYI - I have never posted anything less than a 5 star review. This place deserves less than 1 star.
