To quote Julia Roberts "Big Mistake, Huge" As I'm standing at the desk waiting for my long awaited order I see this sign on sir speedys wall "70% of buying decision are based on how the customer feels they are being treated" and it sits right above where Tracy the customer service rep sits WOW!!
