It did take me about 15 minutes to get it unpacked and it was in perfect condition. this was a legacy from my sister who passed away so it was a lot more important to me than just a sound system and I was very grateful they did such a great job. This is one black and white shipping slip I'm talking about here After around 10 minutes of being left without any explanation of what was happening, I explained that I needed to leave for work. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no offer to hold my package until someone who knows what they're doing can help me out, and of course no mention of a reimbursement. Just a shrug and the excuse that, "We don't know how to do this and the guy that's usually here is out." At this point, learning that this is the owner telling me this, I was frustrated. I asked him how something that usually take me less than 5 minutes to do is now going on almost 15 mins and why do they think that telling a customer that "we don't know how" is a help to anyone, and I am met with this guy giving me a "time out" sign right in my face like he was the referee who showed up to the wrong game. That was it. What kind of business owner acts like that? I went to the Longmeadow store the next night and was in and out in maybe 3 minutes with the employee even helping me carry my heavy package in from my car. Night and day difference.
