Not only did Joe find my 4!! Packages but he figured out why I hadn't been receiving mail for weeks. He did it all with a smile and calm demeanor. The sales rep admonished me, stating "i wouldn't want to be responsible for blowing up the plane, now would i?!" I was especially offended at this, being that i am very dark skinned and i have an arabic name. I was subsequently given a 10-day parcel postal rate and tracking number 9534911607708247130689 to ship my gaming laptop along other 70lb+ packages. the sales rep was kind enough to offer me insurance in the likelihood my package was damaged. After the transaction, i went online and discovered any electronics containing an integrated (non-removable) lithium ion battery may ship via priority express or higher however these items are barred from OVERSEAS or INTERNATIONAL flights ( due to past acts of terrorism ) -- ...well, when i read this i was pissed having exposed my laptop to 7-days of unnecessary shipping and possible damage!!! You cant argue with these people at the counter, but for future customers -- thank you, we have yelp :))

It did take me about 15 minutes to get it unpacked and it was in perfect condition. this was a legacy from my sister who passed away so it was a lot more important to me than just a sound system and I was very grateful they did such a great job. Some of the stuff we will have them print, some we will print from home. For that reason, we needed to take a look at the different types of paper they offer. At the print desk, they have a couple of booklets with samples of different papers, with their weight, color, and so on. Only a few aisles over, they have their stationary, printing paper, and cardstock. They had quite a bit of selection, including multi-packs of different colors. However, we later saw that they had more paper (for things like resume writing) in a different area, which would have been helpful when we were comparing different options. Additionally, the inkjet ivory paper we ended up buying for our at-home projects was damaged and the packaging was torn. The other ream of the same paper looked the exact way. When we asked if they had more in the back that wasn't torn open and the paper inside damaged, we were told no, that's all they had. We were never offered a discount, even though it was apparent that some of the pages would be unusable, and it may not have been a full ream. Staples is not cheap, but they do provide the materials and machinery we needed to create our wedding stationary.

I advised him that the shipping/billing address now matched. He put me on hold and came back and said "yes, I was able to verify it now". I then asked when my tickets would be sent. He then advised me that he had sold my tickets to someone else, even though he had not issued me a refund. I asked him to issue me a refund again. He stated to give him until Wednesday 06/26 to "try to find you some more". On 06/26, I did not hear from Bruce or anyone from the organization so I submitted an email. This email was not responded to. On 06/27 I called and no one will return my call. He did end up sending the tickets, last minute, via overnight mail simply because I filed a complaint with BBB. Then, just when I thought my troubles were over, the concert was cancelled. I contacted him again requesting a refund. He said it had been rescheduled. To date (08/18), the concert still hasn't been rescheduled. Every website I've gone to just says that it's cancelled. Bruce then again went unresponsive. I finally called my credit card and got the charges disputed. He's failed to respond to my BBB complaints. Avoid this man unless you want to deal with the most argumentative CSR you've ever dealt with.
