I didn't have the original packaging, so they wrapped it in 3 layers of bubble wrap, built a box around that and wrapped THAT in several more layers of bubble wrap liberally securing it with about three rolls of packing tape per layer, (Another slight exaggeration). It did take me about 15 minutes to get it unpacked and it was in perfect condition. this was a legacy from my sister who passed away so it was a lot more important to me than just a sound system and I was very grateful they did such a great job. Given all the work, supplies, and the high cost of shipping anything, I thought their prices were very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

My case was low cost & even if you have to pay a slight fee for a card nevertheless no complaints from me & they even sent a text with receipt in so you can mark on your statement. Now you know.
