At pickup, no strap loops and instead of tacking the folds they took the dress in so it was way too small and couldn't zip up! They said they couldn't fix it and offered a) refund b) to pay for a replacement dress. When I called back to say we had been able to fix it and correct the problems they caused, and only wanted the refund of $65 and not for them to oay for a new dress which would have been $200 or more, the owner refused! I thought she would be pleased we were choosing the lower amount! DON'T TRUST THEIR WORK. They don't speak the language the alterations employee speaks so how can they ever know if they are communicating to her what is needed?! SO DISHONEST.

All the cleaning is green at no extra charge & they clean Ugg boots & do alterations as well, all with a smile. I plan to work with this small business for all my clothing needs. One thing to be aware of is that any items they send out to their Holyoke location to be cleaned might not be returned until after 3 or 4pm on the day of pickup, so plan accordingly!!
