Shipped a very heavy item today and got 'chef's kiss' customer service from Gineth. She was quick to help as soon as I walked in the store. After I asked for a dolly for my package, she came out to my car and hauled that thing in by herself. Impressive strength and a very kind human being. Mgmt: Please take care of her - give her a raise, promote her, do something to keep her. Great customer service! Thank you, Gineth! read more

I shipped a box that was 66" x 13" x 13" (not easy to lose) on July 2nd at the 86th Street Store in Indianapolis, IN. I was told it would arrive at its destination by the next Monday. It never got there and was apparently lost. The tracking number shows the label was created but was never picked up by UPS or shipped. I called the store. A staff person told me it must have been stolen, and I could make a 'claim'. Who the heck would have stolen it other than an employee? The associate didn't claim their store had been broken into. The item in the package 'was not' likely useful to 99.9% of the population and was being shipped to be repaired. read more

I stopped by the UPS store to package and ship my work laptop back to Arkansas. It has been a while since I visited a UPS store, so wanted to see if this location down the street from me was worth the time and effort. It turned out it was wonderful and the staff were very helpful and professional. The staff person had me put my laptop on the scale. He explained me the price for the package and shipping and asked me if I wanted additional cost for insurance. I said no. He totaled up the cost of everything for me, including the package, shipping, box, etc. and quoted me the price. I went ahead and paid everything, and told me my laptop would arrive at my location on Tuesday. It was very simple and the staff person was very professional. The quality and value of the service were great. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I was very impressed with The UPS store. I will definitely come here again for any packaging and shipping needs I may have in the near future. read more

The UPS Store - Storefront - Shipping Centers Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

This location is located in Nora Plaza near my home and is very convenient. I love that I can ship UPS and drop off items in a quick stop near my house. There is one lady who is usually there and is very kind, helpful and friendly. The other gentlemen that are there should follow her lead for an amazing customer service experience. read more

Awesome customer service! Jeff was amazing. Incredibly fair. Be like Jeff! Jeff just needs a sign on the building. read more

I've used "The" UPS store several times. Be sure to know it is "The" UPS store which they will be sure to inform you if there are any issues with UPS. It's not the same which you are expected to know (otherwise you will be treated like you are stupid) I often wondered why other customers were cussing at the lady that works there. Tonight, we found out why. If this "were" UPS, UPS would/should be appalled. It is amazing UPS let's them use their name and logo with such a poor customer experience. If it is a within an hour of "quitting time" be sure to expect to walk in to someone eating in the back behind a table that will give you the "stink eye" because your package shipping needs are a major inconvenience for her day. Several weeks ago my wife walked up 5 min before they closed and there was an Amazon delivery supplier that was shouting at her for locking the door early. She opened the door and let my wife drop off a package but wouldn't let the other gentleman drop off his package (all packages were pre-labeled and no purchases were necessary. I thought maybe he had been rude or she had decided that the store chose not to service "his type", but the personnel is equally discriminatory at random based upon whoever is inconveniencing her more. Shipping packages as "the" UPS store would be so much easier if customers didn't have to be involved. Just ask. read more

I have been coming to this location to mail large packages that cannot be shipped from my office due to being bulky. Jeff and other employees have been so helpful to pack my heavy items safely in the right size box. Last week, I had a ton of engineer drawings that needed to be mailed out. I couldn't have gotten these out without Jeff's help. Thanks! read more

Eddie at the Nora UPS Store was very helpful and very careful to laminate name tags I had made. He even ran each sheet through the laminator as I requested. He was also courteous and pleasant. I will return. read more

I tried this store again one night. Had some bad experiences long ago, but a very friendly woman named Alicia helped me with copies and shipping the paperwork as well. Amazing service and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Can't thank her enough!!! read more

I use this location for a P.O. box even though I don't live in the area. every time I have to get packages forwarded or if I'm in town to collect them myself the experience is always amazing. I've gotten a notary or two here before and it was so simple. They stamped it, I paid, done deal. This last guy I got, he started using some kind of jargon and I didn't understand what he was saying. I asked him to explain what he meant, and he just repeated himself with no explanation. He was short, speaking quickly, and said "No, I can't do that, No." He wouldn't explain himself and was downright rude. I won't be going back for notaries here. read more

I use this store for my PO Box and to drop off amazon returns. They're a great store with nice staff. I like that PO customers can have access to our boxes even after hours. Their prices are a bit high for shipping and such, so I just go to the USPS across the lot for that. read more

After 30 years of great service, they have suddenly stopped being capable of delivering a package starting a few months ago. FedEx, USPS, DHL, LaserShip, etc are all capable of delivering a package to my porch. UPS somehow can't pull it off. I thought that was the business they were in. Pretty sad when UPS is outperformed by the US Postal Service. Disgusted. read more

Used to be pretty reliable for shipping and returning phone / cable equipment etc but the last time I sent something, the person at the desk opened the package claiming she had to scan each item, then said she would re-seal and ship. It's 2 months later, package was never received so I am out of luck on getting a credit for the merch unless I dig up the tracking receipt & open an escalated case. Did she keep it for herself? Sell it? Shady. Dude, where's my package? read more

Thank God for the Nora UPS Store manager, Christina! We had to get 4 large framed basketball jerseys to our son's college for the basketball team's senior night in Massachusetts (one for each senior), but they were finished too late to ship them. We had to check these 4 fragile pieces as luggage and were wrecks that they'd be damaged and our seniors would end up with nothing. Christina wrapped them within an inch of their lives, all four arrived in perfect condition and our seniors were thrilled! Thank you, Christina! read more
