Reached out early today because my father needed service on some signatures for a real estate transaction out of state and his bank and UPS Store had refused to do it. Kyle replied within minutes, shared pricing clearly, offered a few options for places and times to meet, and explained why other notaries may have turned this down. Ended up meeting at his house same day and got it taken care of. Highly recommended! read more

Kyle with KR Notary was outstanding! We were in a pinch while visiting my parents in Indy and he was there for us. I called him on a Saturday morning and within a couple hours he was at my parents' home in very rainy weather to notarize important documents for my parents. He was professional, prompt, super friendly and went above and beyond to help us at a critical time. We have more notary work needs and he's easily our "go to" guy. We had an emergency issue where we needed a notarized letter for a baby to travel with one parent Kyle was able to meet us on relatively short notice at the Indianapolis airport spot on time very professional and in fact notarized 4 copies for the price of one. so yes the UPS store might be convenient if you live there but if you need a traveling notary definitely give Kyle a call. read more

In this surreal time of COVID-19, routine transactions can quickly become complicated. My elderly mom wanted to sell her car, but we did not feel it was safe for her to go out, so we decided she would give me Power of Attorney to complete the sale on her behalf. Surprisingly (and a bit maddeningly), her retirement facility did not have a notary, and her bank branch wouldn't notarize a POA. I found KR Notary Services on Yelp and reached out to Kyle. He responded immediately, asked good questions to clarify our situation and needs, and offered what I thought was a very fair price for a mobile notary service. Best of all, he was flexible enough to meet with my mom the next day! Kyle communicated well with both me and my mom throughout the process, and he completed the notary service safely and efficiently. There have been a few mail issues over the years but all I have to do is call them and they immediately work through the problem with me. When I come in they are always super polite and helpful. And for those local the store can do just about anything. Think of it like a UPS store and Kinkos. If you're traveling a lot, the post scan mail membership is very convenient. When you get mail it gets scanned in and sent to you. You can then shred/recycle it, forward it on to somewhere or pick it up when you return. Overall I think they are a little more expensive than going direct to USPS or the other carriers but it is in a convenient location and the service is always good.

My husband and I needed a notary quickly in Indianapolis for a home we were selling out of state. Our bank, the UPS store, and a title agency could not assist us even though all provide notary service. I tried calling 5-6 real estate law firms and only one called and was too busy to help us.
