It turned out it was wonderful and the staff were very helpful and professional. The staff person had me put my laptop on the scale. He explained me the price for the package and shipping and asked me if I wanted additional cost for insurance. I said no. He totaled up the cost of everything for me, including the package, shipping, box, etc. and quoted me the price. I went ahead and paid everything, and told me my laptop would arrive at my location on Tuesday. It was very simple and the staff person was very professional. The quality and value of the service were great. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I was very impressed with The UPS store. I will definitely come here again for any packaging and shipping needs I may have in the near future.
