They charged us over 12,000 dollars to literally bear zero fruit in helping us in our case. Very misleading star reviews on Google. They charge you an excessive amount of money every time you text through their app or call on the phone past 6 minutes. They misinformed us about documentation, did not defend our position, never called back, and treated us poorly for questioning their actions. I highly recommend you find a different place to hire an attorney if you want someone to care about helping you defend your case. I have many words to discuss, but there is not enough time to break down every meticulous issue my family has had to endure and suffer due to this law firm.

I want to hire an attorney to fight for sure but the attorney was so blunt on the phone I could tell they either thought the seatbelt ticket was dumb or the $2,000 with deter me away. I just hung up. I need an attorney with a better personality or vibe.

I emailed a number of lawyers and Dave's response was detailed yet concise and told me what the fee would be. His fee ended up being mid-range: not the cheapest and not the highest, which I liked. He also explained how he calculated the fee and what the process and timeline would look like. We did a Zoom meeting and I found him to be a very friendly, down-to-earth man I felt comfortable with. He was able to get the expungement quickly, had it notarized and even went to the Secretary of State to have an apostille put on it (which other countries require for authentication) and mailed it to my attorney in my current country. All this was during a horrific snowstorm. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend Dave Seiter for help with any legal matter he handles.

I cannot recommend this law firm highly enough if you are fighting for your Social Security and/or…read moreveterans disability. I was recommended through a school friend Ryan Johnson to Attorney Nick Lavella. Nick and his paralegal thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner which greatly eased the anxiety I had through this two year process. They also sent me reminders about updates as I do have some memory issues from my disability. Additionally, as our administrative hearing became closer they spent hours of their time working with me on prep. Thusly, I felt prepared when the hearing finally happened. Although I had pretty low chances of winning, due to being under 50 the finding was favorable, and I am unbelievably relieved. This win will allow me to have a better quality of life and take care of my young children without great stress. I cannot over recommend the Social Security disability portion of Keller and Keller. Thank you so much Nick and Theresa Diaz!! Although they do take a chunk, the federal government puts a cap on how much the law firm gets so you don't have to worry about the value aspect. It was worth the money. I'm so glad I didn't give up and spent the money to hire an attorney. Great investment! Do yourself a favor even when it gets hard and keep fighting! It can be worth it. Good luck

I wouldn't call Hannah a friend, but if the missus and I were ever to be in Indianapolis or she and hers were ever in Southern California I would offer to buy her a beer (or any other adult beverage of her choice). From the first time I spoke with them I was put at ease and knew I had made the right choice. From that day forward I worked with Hannah Martin, and what a God send she was to me. Hannah knew I was technically challenged when it came to communicating and dealing with documents but Hannah handled everything like the professional she is. I kept in touch with Hannah weekly with updates and she was just an absolute pleasure to have her handling my every document, doctor's appointments and at the same time always encouraging me to remain calm and stay the course. She was an absolute blessing. My attorney Evan Wheeler was very professional very knowledgeable but put everything in layman's terms so I understood everything that I would have to do. And he made me feel at ease, he was a very easy person to talk to, a man's man in my opinion. It was a long journey through the SSA disability process but through it all they were by my side and most important to me was they never got down or negative about anything and THEY BELIEVED IN ME. Lastly I'd like to say if you're looking for professional, knowledgeable, down to earth great people to represent you? I highly recommend Pineyard Law Firm. You won't regret it.
