I was glad to have Adam Brower spearhead his team to represent me on my case. He achieved the best results in my case. All the attorneys I spoke with were knowledgeable. I had contacted a total of nine attorneys. But Adam left the best impression of all of them. It felt as though he would acutally fight for me in court. To ensure I was picking the right attorney, I decided to meet Adam personally. The office and staff was presentable and professional. After meeting with Adam I knew he was the right Attorney to represent me. I decided to bring my family with me to my meeting with Adam.At this meeting Adam was great to my family and I, especially my children. This was very important to me, because this case could have personally affected me and my family. Almost immediately Adam erased any lingering doubts I had about his having too many cases to deal with me personally, or being overconfidant despite his good record. Although Adam was very busy, he was accomdating and made sure that he was reachable at all times. His staff and attorneys were on top of their communications with me regarding all urgent info or immediate changes. They were methodical and attentive. There were times that I was worried about my case. Whenever I became distressed I was able to speak with Adam either over the via text, email, or over the phone. Knowing that the team at Banks and Browers was on my case I was always reassured, and was able to sleep easily. I am really grateful that my case is over and that I had a great team working on my side.

They charged us over 12,000 dollars to literally bear zero fruit in helping us in our case. Very misleading star reviews on Google. They charge you an excessive amount of money every time you text through their app or call on the phone past 6 minutes. They misinformed us about documentation, did not defend our position, never called back, and treated us poorly for questioning their actions. I highly recommend you find a different place to hire an attorney if you want someone to care about helping you defend your case. I have many words to discuss, but there is not enough time to break down every meticulous issue my family has had to endure and suffer due to this law firm.

I was recommended through a school friend Ryan Johnson to Attorney Nick Lavella. Nick and his paralegal thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner which greatly eased the anxiety I had through this two year process. They also sent me reminders about updates as I do have some memory issues from my disability. Additionally, as our administrative hearing became closer they spent hours of their time working with me on prep. Thusly, I felt prepared when the hearing finally happened. Although I had pretty low chances of winning, due to being under 50 the finding was favorable, and I am unbelievably relieved. This win will allow me to have a better quality of life and take care of my young children without great stress. I cannot over recommend the Social Security disability portion of Keller and Keller. Thank you so much Nick and Theresa Diaz!! Although they do take a chunk, the federal government puts a cap on how much the law firm gets so you don't have to worry about the value aspect. It was worth the money. I'm so glad I didn't give up and spent the money to hire an attorney. Great investment! Do yourself a favor even when it gets hard and keep fighting! It can be worth it. Good luck

Unfortunately, after my case had been reviewed by the office, they abruptly changed their terms. They requested a fairly large retainer to proceed, and when asked why money upfront would now be required, the office was evasive. I felt like this office changed their terms because they felt my case wasn't strong enough. I refused to pay the retainer due to our previous agreement, and terminated our business relationship. My best advice: get verbal and written confirmation of retainer/fee expectations up-front, and hold the office to these agreements. Would not consider utilizing their services in the future.

When I first learned about new tax laws affecting our retirement investments and documents, our…read morefinancial planner recommended that my wife and I visit Kent Shipley to have our documents reviewed and updated. Kent started out as a CPA specializing in tax accounting, but added to his education and practice with his law degree. With both disciplines, he has gone on to specialize in estate and trust planning. We simply brought in our old documents and discussed our wishes along with the impact of the new laws. We had a few follow up communications and then a final one to sign our documents. Throughout the process, we were pleased with his professionalism as well as his friendly manner. Though he now specializes in trust and estate planning (including wills, powers of attorney, etc), his son has joined the office to handle the tax accounting. I also used his son's expertise to file an amended tax return. I am not sure if they require recommendations for new clients or not, but you definitely need to schedule an appointment to get in for either service. If you have anyone who depends upon you and you've begun building up assets for retirement, make sure that you have your documents in order to carry out your wishes and not leave your loved ones to have to figure it out/fight over what to do. We are very satisfied with knowing that if anything happens to either one of us, dealing with problems will be much easier having chosen Kent Shipley to put our documents in order. Review #3759

He…read moreswiftly took my family's grim situation to an emergency custody hearing and I had my daughter in my custody two hours after the judge gave her ruling! Bryan is quite in tune with the ever changing and growingly confusing rule of law and is a master of codification. He made detailed notes at consultation and also as things progressed. He thoroughly does his homework, gives accurate and wise advice in real time as new issues arise, is very professional, formulates a comprehensive strategy and "goes for the throat". I was VERY weary of hiring the wrong lawyer when I began my search for representation because of all the horror stories online and everywhere else. I had actually wasted money having multiple consultations before meeting with Bryan. Before I hired Bryan, I had trouble sleeping at night. I hired Bryan on the spot after my consultation and could finally get a good nights rest. He is not cheap by any means but the VALUE he brings to your litigation is insurmountable. I'd rather have my daughter than anything else on earth. It's just money, you can always make more; but your children are irreplaceable!!! If you feel the same way about your children, then Bryan Lee Ciyou is the representation that you want (need) in your corner. Bryan is hands down the APEX of complex litigation. All of his staff members are top tier talent as well, they actually saved me money by taking care of a lot of the paperwork and even drafting up some of the more advanced motions to file that staff at other firms might not be qualified to do. In my experience, the law offices of Ciyou and Dixon are a slam dunk!!! Thank you Bryan and staff, keep up the phenomenal work!!!!
