I had been putting off filing a SSDI case for a long time because it seemed like a lot of work and I had no experience with anything to do with stuff like this. But finally my situation became more dire and I was desperately looking for answers. I was not even aware that there were attorneys for this sort of thing and assumed they would be very expensive. So I did the initial paperwork on my own and submitted it. But shortly after, I found David Pinyerd's reviews on Google and was very impressed the many heartfelt reviews he had received. I was also happy to learn that he had first consultation absolutely free. The scheduling for the appointment was very simple. He was on time for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring. He answered all my questions in a polite and reassuring manner. He gave me what turned out to be very accurate and valuable information. And even reassured me that since my case had already been opened by me prior to the call that he would give a fair final price for his services if I should win the case prior to any hearings, appeals, etc. After the consultation, I had several other phone appointments with him regarding how to fill out the paperwork that SSA sent me after the initial application. His staff is very organized, responsive, and had great follow up with all of my questions and concerns. They were available by phone, fax, email. They were able to fax all my medical reports and other documents to SSA, and followed up with providing me a receipt and proof of transmission of the documents into my case folder. In the end, I won my case after less than a year. I did not require any hearing, appeals, or anything else. As another review on Google mentioned, "David and his staff have been a breath of fresh air to work with". I fully agree with this statement! He really put me at ease and calmed me down during this very stressful time for me and my family. Even now that the case is over, David mentioned he would be happy to provide FREE consultation and service in the future if Social Security ever tried to take the benefits away for some reason. Pretty awesome! Oh, another thing. I was reluctant at first to use David since he was located in another state very far from my location. Wow, what a process. 8 major surgeries in a 7 year span, non stop rehab, I am 64 years old and have worked in governement service since I was 20 years old.
