I've been using the fishers postal annex for my post mail box through PostScanMail for 3 years now. The staff here is great. There have been a few mail issues over the years but all I have to do is call them and they immediately work through the problem with me. When I come in they are always super polite and helpful. And for those local the store can do just about anything. Think of it like a UPS store and Kinkos. If you're traveling a lot, the post scan mail membership is very convenient. When you get mail it gets scanned in and sent to you. You can then shred/recycle it, forward it on to somewhere or pick it up when you return. Overall I think they are a little more expensive than going direct to USPS or the other carriers but it is in a convenient location and the service is always good. read more

Went in to drop off a package for the post office and to get a passport picture while my husband was at Kroger buying groceries. The owner was really friendly and helpful and my passport photo was a tiny bit cheaper than CVS. He gave me some tips to help me send my passport including to write my name on the memo line and to print the form offline instead of writing on it. Very convenient and super friendly. I highly recommend!! I had a package sent via UPS but I was not home when they tried to deliver it so they took it here. You can have all your UPS packages delivered straight here which I will be doing from now on to avoid the worry that it might be stolen. If you need to mail ANYTHING, go here! It doesn't cost any more than going to the post office, and if you ship USPS and going here will save tons of time. They will look up the least expensive and/or the fastest shipping method for you. They have every shape of envelope and box that you might need. They have peanuts, bubble wrap, etc and will pack anything you want to ship. I will never go back to the post office! I needed to make sure something was posted by December 30 and Mr Issa stayed late to ensure it went out and that he had documentation that it went. Then he called me to let me know everything was good. They also have everything else you can imagine: books, cards, batteries, flashlights, phone chargers, they make keys and guarantee to always have a notary on the premises.
