I've worked in customer service myself for over 20 years, and I can say without hesitation that White Rabbit delivers one of the most personalized, attentive, and genuinely custom-tailored customer experiences I've ever encountered.
From the moment you walk through the door, it doesn't feel like a typical vehicle wrap shop. It feels more like a custom boutique where every detail matters. The facility is incredibly clean, organized, and professional. You genuinely get the impression that everyone there cares about the business as if they own it -- and that is something you don't see often.
The communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every phone call, every question, every little detail was handled with patience and certainty. They didn't just tell me what they could do -- they explained everything, answered every question, and then delivered exactly what they said they would... and more.
I especially want to give a HUGE shout-out to Gracie, who took care of me from day one. She gave me one of the coolest facility tours I've ever experienced and was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Her communication was honestly some of the best I've experienced from anyone in this industry. She kept me informed, answered every question, and made the entire process feel effortless.
And I have to believe a lot of that comes from the top. Billie Lou, the owner, has clearly built more than just a business -- she has cultivated a team. The way her employees interact with customers, the pride they take in their work, and the attention to detail throughout the facility really speaks volumes about the culture she has created.
The installation team was phenomenal as well. You could tell they weren't simply there to do a job and go home. They took pride in what they were doing. Everything was clean, organized, precise, and professional. I honestly don't think I saw a single tool out of place.
And here's something I didn't even realize going in: White Rabbit is about much more than vehicle wraps. Of course, they do wraps, tint, and other vehicle customization, but they also do some seriously cool custom work for your home. And yes -- I said your home!
They can also do custom printing for things like murals and other design projects. Once you see what they're capable of, you start realizing the possibilities go way beyond just wrapping a vehicle.
