That's what I'm talking about!! I had 10 banker boxes full of files with sensitive information in them. I barely pulled up to the curb when the two employees immediately came out to assist me. When all was said and done, they unloaded all of my boxes and loaded the material into bins. I then sat and watched them shred all my stuff. There is a huge mirror behind/above them, so you can make sure there's no funny business going on. It took them 45 minutes to destroy all my stuff, due to the high volume. They methodically and efficiently took care of business. I don't know their names, but the name "Damon" was on my receipt. Good value for such a thankless job. Great job. read more

Well, I no longer had an excuse for organizing my files and getting rid of old papers. I accumulated several boxes of old bills and receipts that I wanted to destroy securely and efficiently. I was drawn to Quick Shred by the great reviews on Yelp. They are located across town from me, but they were the only ones still opened, so we made the trip. They are located in an older but well maintained strip mall. There is plenty of parking, but we used the curbside service. We drove up and a fellow met us at our car and provided us with a quote to destroy our papers and hard drive. $25 total. We were invited inside to watch the shredding, but we were able to watch from outside easily and the ceiling mirrors help you see everything. We never had to go inside and our materials were shredded/destroyed in a matter of minutes. We paid curbside with our credit card. The staff was friendly and professional. I have used QuickShred for several years. You can't be too careful anymore with throwing away items that could identify you or your credit card numbers and such. I did a good cleaning of my invoices, statements, and such so I had two full boxes. I pulled up to the curb and 2 men came and got them out of my truck and took them in. Friendly employees who will run and get the door for you. No need to park in the lot and haul your stuff---they have a place to pull up at the curb to unload your car. I brought in a kitchen-size trash bag full of papers plus another grocery bag and was charged $15 (the going rate for an amount that would fit in a cardboard banker's box). I walked in and was told that they will shred bags of items not based on weight but just on the bag type. I brought two full brown grocery bags and paid $15 for them to be shredded. The more you bring the bigger your discount. One bag alone would have been $11. No contracts, they leave a 64 gallon Tote at our office and we simple call them to pick it up when we are ready.
