A good majority of my experiences with The UPS Store in Broad Ripple have been simple yet positive. From shipping back AT&T equipment to renting a mailbox, nearly all of my activities have been positive with good customer service, fair pricing, and no hiccups in terms of delivery. The UPS Store is located in the strip center that includes Great Clips, a Thai restaurant, Big Red Liquors, and a few other businesses. The strip center has a handful of vacancies currently, though Tropical Smoothie is getting ready to open up. As is true of nearly every business in Broad Ripple, parking is very territorial here. This strip center has a huge parking lot, however, using it to shop in the Broad Ripple area is not advised as it's considered exclusive to strip center businesses. There's ample accessible parking, though on more than one occasion I've experienced that being violated here without consequence. There are curb cuts at various points along the strip, and the entire retail center is accessible. UPS Store has a single glass door entry. I've returned AT&T equipment more than once here. They know the routine precisely, and they get it done quickly. They always advise holding on to their documents, because they note that AT&T has a history of losing records (no surprise there). I've also shipped labs from this location (medical). Again, they know exactly what to do. They get it done quickly. I rented a mailbox here for a while to go with my charity work. I had zero hiccups the entire time. I just finally stopped as it was an expense I didn't need, but it was convenient and well run. They honor their posted hours, and they're open 7-days a week. Paid a premium price for 2nd day delivery in October of 2025. The package was delivered five days later, so I asked the store to refund the difference I would have paid for 5 day delivery. I was promised a full refund based on their guaranteed service refund policy. The franchise owner is never in the store and they did not follow up with me, so I called UPS Corporate and they referred to the UPS Store's corporate office. They opened a claim and nothing happened. I called the store and they remarked,"You haven't gotten a refund yet?" The employee could only leave a note for the owner, and nothing happened. I called the corporate office again in March and they told me BECAUSE I FAILED TO FOLLOW UP, they closed the case. I had them reopen it. They said they would require the store owner to resubmit the claim and if I hadn't heard from anyone by Monday, to call back. This time, when I called as they suggested, the person at the corporate office told me I needed to wait and be patient. I realize the store's corporate office is not the franchisee, but they don't hold anyone responsible at the store level. My 1-lb package sent in October was received in good condition, just late. I am sure they think I will give up, but now 5 months later, I have not. read more

Not a great experience I had got stuck by traffic and I called the UPS store and I was five minutes after the hour and they wouldn't even let me pick up the package even though it would've caused them no time whatsoever. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude so of course she also got a rude response from me. I was trying to pick up my package that contain the security alarm because I don't feel safe at my house and I know that has nothing to do with her but a little comprehension or empathy evening would've been nice but she didn't have. other workers there are really nice, but this particular worker not so much. I used to enjoy going to this location to pick up or mail packages because there was always a pleasant face and courteous, efficient service. Sadly, that team of wonderful people moved on and were replaced with the exact opposites. The weekend crew is now largely unpleasant, incredibly inefficient and disorganized - lines of people waiting and waiting... it's awful. I still have to go there to pick up mail and packages from my PO Box (which I won't be renewing...), but I go to other locations now to ship or buy supplies. Stopped by the store with an Amazon return at 3:50pm on Sat. Posted hours are open until 4:00pm. Four employees in store (all wearing blue shorts) and 2 customers in line. But me and the women with a toddler behind me were told the store is closed. Even for Amazon return? No reason given for closing early just multiple "We're closed." Awful, just awful. If you need any shipping service DO NOT use this location. Shipped an item from this store in December 2022, and they lost the item. I paid for the insurance to ship this item and the store has yet to honor the insurance claim. I've been given the runaround from the store manager for 7 months. I don't know how anyone could ever give this store less than five stars. regardless of the number of people in the store and regardless of the number of workers that they have, they are always polite kind keep you informed apologize to you for the wait and multitask like anyone I've never seen. We went in the Tuesday before Christmas to get some prints for gifts last minute and even though they were busy we got some of the best service I've ever experienced. Our print was not traditional dimensions and they took their time making sure it was perfect. I feel so bad I didn't get the woman's name, but she was absolutely amazing. I realized she was either done for the day or going to lunch when she was helping us but she still was so nice and took her time and then waved to us when she saw us leaving in the parking lot after. I was just fired for taking legal action against the owner . i've known all customers and under TYLER DOSSETTS care I have caught Covid 19 working during the coldest temperatures and still coming to work because this man has threaten my job and I was going through homeless problems that this man was aware of and still fired me while i'm quarantining right now from covid so yes . the ups store has had me working there for while I and (Tracy Price a great manager of the store with YEARS of experience ) have contracted this covid from another worker that he refused to send home DAVID BATROM ASSISTANT MANAGER who i know have gotten two other workers sick .i have been fired for legally standing up to this owner TYLER DOSSETT . For my love of the customers here please mask up when you go into this facility because covid is lingering in that place. Notary appointments are easy to get, but don't mean anything. A confirmed 9am appointment. Arrive to see one person working with a line out the door. Waited ten minutes to be told no notary services available today. A confirmed appoint meant nothing with the " website hasn't updated" excuse. Not an unusual event evidently, since a supply of business cards for a mobile notary service was available and I was given two of those to use. I was able to get the document notarized via FedEx online service. FedEx service was a bit more expensive, but I didn't wast twenty minutes driving and ten minutes online to get it done. I confirmed with FedEx all UPS business services are are available at this nearby Broad Ripple store, so I'll be using them in the future and would recommend others do the same. read more

Friendly people, fast service. If you internet shop, eventually you are going to have to return something. This UPS store is great. They typically only need to take my package from me and I don't have to do anything. A couple of times, I did mail from this location because I wanted to be able to track to the minute (otherwise I like to support USPS). The friendly person at the register made it literally (hah!) fool-proof. Parking can be annoying, but other than that, it's a perfectly good place to mail packages for decent prices. read more

I tried three times today to get a document notarized. The first time the notary wasn't in, but I was told she would be there 11:30-7. I went back around 2:30. She was on a 45 min break. I went back again at 4 and she was out again. Why do they advertise a service they can't provide!?! read more
